After dealing with a frustrating situation for over a year, I cannot say enough good things about Jomar and the team at Master Touch. My pool motor was only two years old when it failed, and I was left stranded by the original company that installed it. They stopped responding to calls and emails and had apparently moved, leaving me with no support and a major headache. From the moment Jomar arrived, he put me at ease. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. After dealing with so much uncertainty and frustration, it was such a relief to work with someone who genuinely cared and knew exactly what he was doing. Jomar made what had been a very stressful experience feel manageable, and I finally felt like I was in good hands. His expertise and professionalism gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved correctly, and it was. Thank you, Jomar, and everyone at Master Touch, for your outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable pool equipment service.

This pool company doesn’t have your back !! We remodeled the pool with them 6 years ago, maybe more, they have been taking care of it since then, new technicians every few weeks, so one of them kept putting stabilizers and altering the PH of the pool. For months now our pool turns green after day 3 of cleaning, they admit is their mistake!!!!! But yet again they are charging us $300 to correct a problem we didn’t create!! Absurd .. NOT TRUSTWORTHY in my opinion. Once something goes wrong they are all about the money with no accountability.

Had a 30 year old pool and spa in dire need of resurfacing and repair. The two big issues were a large crack in the pool shell and a major leak in spa plumbing under the tile deck. I knew the project was complicated and had found no other pool repair companies who wanted the job. Called Master Touch, Nilson came over to have a look. He was knowledgeable, honest and definitely not a pushy salesman. In fact, he gave me a general idea of cost, thanked me and said to call if I wanted him to take the job. We shook hands on the deal before he left that day. Scheduling work on my pool and Nilson's other projects was extremely frustrating because of all the rain we were having. In addition, locating spa leak with least amount of damage to tile deck was a big challenge. Before I understood that different teams were required as work progressed, I bombarded Nilson with calls and emails. I finally realized that I was driving him crazy and that I needed to just let him do the job. Even with weather delays, my emails/calls and the fact that Nilson's first child was soon to arrive, he was kind and kept his cool. He and his people are the best. I now have a gorgeous pool and Master Touch weekly service. Nilson likes it so much that he wants to buy my house.

They are to big to give any type of service, even the owner didn't make things happen after we spoke admitting they were wrong. one thing after another....I just got tired of it and have decided to go elsewhere. Send you inaccurate quotes and just no personal service anymore, they are good people just got to big... Met with owner who apologized for letting me down. Like i said these are good people.

I had a complete pool refurbishing done--new plaster, new tiles, new decking around the pool, and conversion of an old spa to a seating platform with a waterfall. The folks at Master Touch were amazing! The workers were prompt, worked hard all day each day, and had great attitudes. There were different crews working on different aspects of this project, but they all impressed me with the quality of their workmanship. Everything was meticulously done, and there was no cutting of corners. They also seemed to enjoy their work and take pride in doing it well. It gave me the impression that Master Touch is a good company to work for, and that Nilson must take good care of his workers. The spa conversion was a major demo job, involving jack-hammering through cement and rebar, etc. I wondered how it would ever be accomplished, but it ended up looking beautiful! As did the new travertine installed around the pool. And of course, the pool itself! Whenever there were issues that needed to be addressed, Nilson responded immediately and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. It's good to experience a company and its owner so dedicated to quality work and customer service !

About Master Touch Pool Services, Inc

Master Touch Pool Services of Parkland: the largest review record on this directory, four licenses, and what to ask. FloridaPoolz.

Who they are

Master Touch Pool Services works across Broward and Palm Beach from Parkland. They hold four current Florida licenses, all under the same qualifier: a pool contractor certification, CPC1460325, current since August 2023, and three residential pool licenses running back to July 2014. Their domain dates to 2010. They describe themselves as family owned and premier; neither is on any public record, and with a review history like theirs the marketing is beside the point.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work — the most recently revised part of their site is a turf page, so the outdoor living side is active. They list nineteen towns from Fort Lauderdale up to Wellington, plus Venice on the opposite coast. Those town pages are variants of one template rather than separately written, so read the list as travel range and confirm your own address, particularly for Venice.

What their reviews say

4.9 from 611 Google reviews, with a further 4.2 from 49 on Yelp, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. Six hundred reviews at 4.9 is the strongest record on this directory by volume — at that scale the number stops being an impression and becomes a description of how the company actually runs. Eighteen customers praised professionalism independently, five the build quality, four their keeping to schedule, three the communication, and three specifically mentioned that the company came back after the job was finished. That last one is rare and worth more than it sounds.

Worth asking about

No complaint theme was raised by two or more customers across 660 reviews, which is a meaningful absence rather than a gap. The practical questions are about scale: a company doing this volume runs multiple crews, so ask who specifically will be on your job and whether they are employees. The pool contractor certification dates only from August 2023 while the residential licenses go back to 2014 — worth asking which license covers your work, since the two classes permit different things.
