The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
The previous man from Columbia who cleaned our pool for 2 years led us to believe he was servicing our salt water conversion equipment. He let it fail on purpose so his boss could sell us new equipment. Thankfully, we found Coastal Oasis pools! Josh replaced our equipment at a fair price, and set us up with a weekly cleaning by Ryan. Ryan is honest, thoughtful, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with him. We are very happy with Coastal Oasis pools!
Let me start by saying I have dealt in my lifetime with many different manufacturers as many different companies different salesman. You name it some respect it was part of my job to deal with salesman and different companies and their services never in my life personally or through my work have I ever dealt with a company as trustworthy and as confident as Coastal Oasis Pools I dealt with Josh personally 99% over the phone and this gentleman is unbelievable. He says something he is true to his word everything he says is exactly how things go and if something goes wrong, he’s there to jump in and make damn sure that it’s taken care Of. I can’t speak more highly of this company than than this this is or this was an amazing experience for me. I can’t praise them enough if you have anything you need to do with a pool and they can help you by all means you won’t regret it.
Coastal Oasis did an amazing job of resurfacing my pool. I had contracted with a different pool company to remodel my 17 year old pool. After 3 months, the company had completed less than half the job, and I didn’t want to wait another 3 months for them to finish. I contacted Coastal Oasis to see if they could finish the job. The day after I contacted them, Josh from Coastal came and looked at the pool, gave me an estimate and a detailed project plan. They finished the resurfacing work and installed 2 fire bowl features in 2 weeks. They took out the old marcite and Caretaker pop-ups and put in new marcite…all done in TWO WEEKS. The new surface is now being curated to let the new marcite set in properly before I use the pool. Also, their pool tech will be by periodically to check my pool equipment and insure everything is working right. If you are looking for a pool company to build a new pool or remodel an old pool, you definitely should contact Coastal Oasis. You won’t be disappointed with them.
