The team is highly professional and reliable. They fixed our abandoned for months condo pools in Aventura in no time.

Crizabella disappeared with no service for a month. Nobody could reach them by phone. With a green pool, we had to call another pool company. A week and a half later, the guy shows up on a busy Saturday morning to add chemicals. When I asked what happened he told me the green pool was a "repair that was not his responsibility" then ignored me. His services are no longer needed. Zero star review.

We are extremely concerned about an incident that occurred at the Mirabella community pool on a Saturday afternoon while many families and children were using the pool. During a busy time with approximately 7–8 children in the water and many residents present, an individual who appeared to be performing pool maintenance entered the pool area and began taking photographs of the pool while children were inside. As parents, this immediately raised concerns about our children’s privacy and safety. We politely approached him and asked why photos were being taken and whether he would delete any images that may have included our children. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he was dismissive, refused to explain the purpose of the photographs, refused to delete them, and became rude during the interaction. We also requested identification to verify that he was authorized to be working on the property. He refused to show any work ID and simply told us to “call the police.” This response only increased our concerns. Additionally, we were surprised to see pool maintenance and chemical treatment being performed during a busy Saturday afternoon while numerous children and residents were actively using the pool. We would appreciate clarification regarding the community’s policies and procedures for pool maintenance, photography, and chemical application while residents are present. As parents, we believe we have every right to ask questions when photographs are being taken around our children and to expect respectful communication from anyone working within our community. We are requesting a response from management regarding this incident, including clarification of company policies and confirmation that residents’ privacy and safety concerns are being taken seriously. Thank you.

Have been using them for community service and repairs for a few years now, but recently they have become unreliable and they do not care, request for communication go unanswered. Currently in the middle of repairing spa lighting, was estimated a 2 day job, spa has now been closed for 2 weeks and still not completed. They just show up for a few hours here and there, whenever they want. Be very cautious.
