The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
10/5 stars! FPB was out the same day we called for our pool pump issue. The technician Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and had the problem resolved quickly. Not going to lie, we were expecting a bill that would turn our stomach, or them trying to sell us something we may not need and braced for the worst. 100 percent honest and affordable. They will be doing all of our pool services from now on. A dying breed of business. Very refreshing.
I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and truly cared about every detail. The quality of work is outstanding - everything was done on time, on budget, and exceeded my expectations. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The finished pool looks absolutely amazing and has completely transformed our backyard. If you’re looking for a company that delivers both quality and reliability, I highly recommend them!
Five stars all the way! Florida Pools of Brevard was honest, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. Our custom pool turned out stunning, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We chose Florida Pools of Brevard as our custom pool builder in Merritt Island, and it was the best decision we could have made. If you’re looking for a reliable pool builder in Brevard County, we highly recommend them!

Florida Pools of Brevard: licensed only since January 2026, a clean 5.0 on Google from nine reviews, and one of few builders covering the Space Coast.
Florida Pools of Brevard works from Del Rio Way on Merritt Island, Brevard County. They are the newest company on this entire list: their Florida contractor license, CPC1461356, was issued in January 2026 — around seven months — and their domain was registered the same week. Their site was archived as early as 2024, so there may be trading history behind the name that the license date does not capture; ask them. They describe themselves as family-owned, which is their own account. Everything below should be read against that license date: seven months is not enough time to have a record, and the absence of one is not a fault.
New pool construction, renovation and resurfacing, spas and hot tubs, and outdoor living work. Four lines on paper — but the reviews show something the service list does not: one customer describes calling about a pool pump problem and having a technician out the same day to resolve it. So they clearly do service and repair work whether or not it is advertised, and if that is what you need, ask. They publish six project photographs, which for a seven-month-old company is a start rather than a portfolio. One practical note that matters: they publish no phone number at all, only an email address. For a builder, that is unusual, and if you need to reach somebody quickly it is worth establishing a number before you commit.
Merritt Island and Brevard County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — Merritt Island, Cocoa, Rockledge, Cocoa Beach, Titusville and the Space Coast is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming. They are one of only a handful of builders on this list covering Brevard at all, which if you are on the Space Coast narrows the choice considerably and is the main reason to talk to them despite how new they are. They keep weekday hours and updated their home page in the spring.
A clean 5.0 on Google from nine reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with no rating below top marks and nothing negative on record. Nine reviews is a very small sample, and from a company seven months old it is about as much as could exist — so read it as a promising start and nothing more. One theme clears our reporting floor, with four customers naming their professionalism. The two detailed accounts point in usefully different directions. One describes the whole experience from start to finish as professional and communicative, with attention to detail. The other is the pump call above: same-day response, a technician who was friendly and knowledgeable, problem resolved. Responsiveness, in other words, is what their customers keep describing, and for a new firm trying to build a reputation that is exactly what you would expect them to be good at. There is no complaint theme and nothing negative on record at all. The cautions are unavoidable rather than damning. A seven-month license has no renewal history and no way to show how the company behaves in year three. Nine reviews cannot show you how a job that goes wrong is handled. Six photographs is not a portfolio, no warranty terms are published, and there is no phone number on the site. Every one of those is answerable: ask for a number, the warranty in writing, addresses of finished jobs, and who honours the guarantee if the company is not trading in five years.

Answered from this record — not by the business.
The newest on this list. Their license, CPC1461356, was issued in January 2026 — about seven months — and the domain was registered the same week. Their site was archived as early as 2024, so there may be history the license date does not capture; ask them. Seven months is not long enough to have a record, and that absence is not a fault.
A clean 5.0 from nine reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with nothing negative on record. Four customers name their professionalism. One describes the whole build as professional and communicative; another called about a pool pump problem and had a technician out the same day.
The service list says no, but the reviews say yes — one customer had a same-day technician visit for a pump problem, resolved on the spot. So ask: if you need repair or maintenance rather than a new build, they appear to do it even though they do not advertise it.
By email, because they publish no phone number at all — which for a builder is unusual and worth fixing before you commit. Establish a number you can call in a hurry, especially if you are hiring them for work already under way.
A phone number, the warranty terms in writing since none are published, addresses of finished jobs you can go and look at, and who honours the guarantee if the company is not trading in five years. That last question is fair of any firm this new, and the answer tells you a lot.
