I wanted to share my experience with an amazing pool contractor I found. After shopping around for quite some time, I stumbled upon Peter, and I couldn’t be happier. Right away, I noticed how knowledgeable he is. What I love most is that he's not just a salesperson; he's the actual builder and pool contractor working on my project. Although our pool isn't finished yet, everything is going smoothly and just as planned. I'm really excited about how it's all coming together and can't wait to share more pictures soon. If you're in the market for a pool contractor, Peter is definitely someone you should consider!
We recently had our pool resurfaced and had new tile and a light installed by Magic Construction. Petar is the consummate professional. His attention to detail is unmatched! The work was completed on time and his crews left our pool area immaculate. Previously Petar had built our deck and remodeled our screened porch. There is no other person I would trust to do these jobs! All I can say is that we are extremely satisfied and would recommend him for any job!
Magic Construction has been the best company to use. I had them rebuild my lanai due to the hurricane. Petar is very knowledgeable about the process to build your lanai. I was impressed with the permit process and engineering diagram that is produced before beginning the process. The crew that worked on tearing down the old and building the new where great and they really enjoy working together. We really enjoyed working with everyone. I give them a five star out of 5.

Magic Pools of Altamonte Springs: state-certified, 4.9 from 38 Google reviews, building and remodelling pools and lanais across Central Florida.
Magic Pools works out of Altamonte Springs, north of Orlando, and holds Florida contractor license CPC1460561. Their customers also refer to them as Magic Construction, and several of the accounts here are about lanai and screen work rather than pools — including a rebuild after hurricane damage. Read them as a pool and outdoor-structure contractor rather than a pool company alone. Their website is recent, registered in August 2025, so the site is newer than the business behind it.
New pool construction, renovation, resurfacing, repairs, servicing, spas, water features, screen enclosures and outdoor living. The resurfacing and remodel side is well represented: one customer describes a resurface with new tile and a light installed, and singles out attention to detail. Another describes a lanai rebuilt after a hurricane and the owner's knowledge of the permitting and construction process for it. Their own site makes a point of having no sales representatives — you deal with the owner — and the reviews bear that out, because almost every one of them describes exactly that.
Altamonte Springs and a wide stretch of Central Florida. They publish pages for Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Oviedo, Longwood, Clermont, Winter Garden, Davenport, Deltona and Saint Cloud — ten places — but those pages are near-copies of one another rather than written for each town, so treat the list as where they will travel rather than as evidence of a presence in each. Confirm your own address by phone. They publish a substantial set of photographs of their own projects.
Google has them at 4.9 from 38 reviews — well above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders, and 38 reviews is a solid enough base for that to carry real weight rather than being a handful of friends. Six separate customers name their professionalism, and the recurring specifics are dealing with the owner directly, attention to detail, and knowing the process rather than just the price. One describes shopping around for a long time before finding them. No complaint is raised by two or more customers, so there is no pattern to report. There are two things to hold in proportion rather than worry about. Their site calls them the best, the most trusted and the premier pool builder; nothing independent ranks Florida pool builders, and a 4.9 from 38 does not need any of it. And their license: the number is confirmed and they are a state-certified contractor, but if you want the issue date and standing, look it up yourself before signing. That is a five-minute check and it is the only gap on an otherwise strong profile.

Yes — Florida contractor license CPC1460561, and their site describes them as a state-certified contractor. One caveat worth knowing: the issue date and standing are not shown here, so look them up yourself before signing.

Yes. Customers also call them Magic Construction, and several accounts describe lanai and screen work — including a rebuild after hurricane damage — alongside pool construction, resurfacing and repairs.
No complaint is raised by two or more customers, so there is no pattern to report.

That is their own line, and nothing independent ranks Florida builders. Their 4.9 from 38 reviews stands perfectly well without it.
