Building a pool is a significant investment, and this is our second pool construction, the first one was not as positive. We are pleased with the pool that Medallion Pools built for our family. The finished product looks GREAT, and we are very happy with the design and how everything came together. Throughout the project, communication was very good. Wayne was always responsive, accessible, and willing to answer our questions. Even after completion, he has continued to work with us on warranty items, outstanding punch-list items, and educating us on pool chemistry, which we appreciate. It's clear that customer satisfaction is important to him. Like most construction projects, we experienced a few challenges along the way. Through it all, Wayne remained engaged and worked with us to resolve them. I appreciated his willingness to stay involved until the project was completed and to continue supporting us afterward.
