We give them 10 ⭐️! From our first meeting in the office with Cheryl to Jimmy coming out to start planning our dream pool, it was a FANTASTIC experience. Jimmy and his staff are very knowledgeable, hardworking, kind and professional from beginning to end. We never had to worry about when they were going to arrive or finish. They showed up every day and worked hard in the hot FL sun. It was such a pleasure to come home every day after work to see what they had accomplished throughout the day. It’s hard to visualize what your plans will end up looking like and let me tell you what Dolphin Pools knocked it out of the park! We can’t thank them enough for their hard work and skills. Especially how beautiful the pavers turned out. We highly recommend them! Don’t hesitate to call anyone but them. Thank you very much Jimmy, Cheryl and your talented staff!

From Cheryl in the office to Jimmy and his team on site, this was EXACTLY what I wanted! From a bare backyard to an awesome pool and screened enclosure.....Awesome! I highly recommend Dolphin Pools! 29 May 2024: Once again, top notch service. My Polaris pool cleaner needed to be serviced. At the connection to the pool wall and also the pump itself needed a "facelift". Jimmy and Devin (not sure of the spellling). The owner Jimmy is always pleasant to talk to and this time I got to meet Devin. Devin got the wall connection replaced in no time, but there were some struggles with the face plate of the pump. No panic, he took his time, diagnosed what wasn't working and in no time had the faceplate installed with no leaks. I was very impressed with Devin as I was that homeowner who kinda stood over him and watched him work. He didn't not mind and all and taught me some things about the repairs. The only thing that has changed is me meeting Devin for the first time. He's definitely a great asset to the Dolphin Pools Team. Thanks again for your outstanding customer service.

Owning a pool at our vacation home has been a lifelong dream, and we finally took the plunge to make it happen. Working with Kim for the survey and sales quote, and later with Jimmy and his crew, was an incredibly smooth process from the get-go. The fact that Dolphin Pools is a family-owned business added an extra layer of warmth, making us feel like part of their family. Despite being in Wisconsin for the majority of the build, communication was flawless, which was a huge relief. The end result exceeded our expectations, with high-quality decking, spa-grade jets, led lights, heater and chiller and a top-notch liner – we're absolutely thrilled with it. We wholeheartedly recommend Dolphin Pools for anyone considering a pool project.
