Their Florida contractor license, CPC1460339, was issued in September 2023 and is current — three years — and the domain was registered a fortnight later, so business and license begin together and the founding date is unambiguous. They make no marketing claims at all: no awards, no warranty headline, no ranking, nothing asserted that needed checking against the record. Note that the owner's name is not the company's name, so expect a different name on the paperwork than on the sign.

What they build

New pool construction, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living work. Four lines, with no renovation, repair or service line — they build pools and the space around them, and nothing else. They publish five project photographs, which is a start rather than a portfolio, and for a company this young that is the most worthwhile thing to ask them to expand on. Weekday hours, closed at weekends. Their website has not changed since August last year, so there is little current information on it.

Where they work

Eustis and Lake County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares, Leesburg and the surrounding county is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. They are one of only a handful of builders on this list covering the Lake County towns north of Orlando, which if you are there narrows the choice usefully. The most recent activity on their site shows last September, so confirm by phone that they are currently taking work.

What the record shows

A clean 5.0 on Google from four reviews. Four is close to the smallest sample on this list and we will treat it accordingly: no theme reaches our reporting floor, nothing can be called a pattern, and a perfect score from four customers tells you those four were happy and almost nothing else. Read the accounts rather than the number. Both of the detailed ones are about the same quality, and it is a specific one: transparency.
