The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
We just built a new house in Vero Beach and now on to phase 2, "The Pool" (12x20' with screen cage and paver decking). We found Premier Pools at a local home and garden show and decided to get a quote. We met with Debbie Borre at our home and received great ideas, conversation and she listened to our requests. We received a detail quote and cost in a very timely manner. Premier was our first quote and experience in deciding on a pool. They exceeded our expectations in level of communications, honesty and just being a genuine kind person. I think we knew Premier was likely the best fit for us but tried to be responsible home owners and went and got two other bids. The other two experiences were not bad but they did not go the extra mile and estimates were way higher and out of our budget. We did learn some new ideas and design that better fit our needs and budgets through the other vendors. However we let Premier/Debbie get an opportunity to re-quote based on our changes. Premier came back with a quote that fit our budget and the offered the changes we came up with in the other quotes. Debbie/Premier Pools went out of their way to make personal visits and even some other sub contractors to make sure there estimates were accurate and low chance of surprises. We are very happy and comfortable at this point of the process and the people involved, especially Debbie's level of service. We signed the contract and provided a deposit. We will report back in approximately 6 months once project is completed to let you know the final outcome.
We interviewed 5 In-Ground pool installers for our pool in Vero Beach. We initially spoke with Jason and Robin of Premier whom we felt comfortable with. After a misunderstanding we moved on in our process with other companies. We then received a call from Debbie Bore of Premier and she convinced us to continue the conversation with Jason and Robin of Premier. Debbie led the delivery of a great solution so we signed an agreement snd so far so good. They did not over commit on the timeline and have been in close weekly contact with us. We shall see how the project proceeds but we have confidence in Debbie and operations team of Jason and Robin. Gene
There’s nothing like having your very own cement pond in your backyard to cool off in the hot Florida weather. And if you’re looking for a pool company, look no further! Jason and Robin at Premier Pools and Spas made the whole experience professional, and educational. The pool project was done in a timely manner and with ease. This husband and wife duo really know their stuff when it comes to pools and spas. I would definitely recommend there services.

Learn everything about Premier Pools & Spas of Brevard County — eight licenses, reviews, and who is accountable! FloridaPoolz.
Premier Pools & Spas of Brevard County works from Laconia Street in Sebastian, Indian River County. The striking thing on their record is the licensing: eight current Florida pool contractor licenses, the oldest CPC1457366 from December 2006 and the newest CPC1461283 from November 2025, with five more issued between 2020 and 2024. Eight licenses on one company means several qualifying agents, which is the shape of a franchise or a multi-crew operation rather than a single builder. Ask which license and which qualifier will be named on your contract, because that is the person legally responsible for your pool.
Google has them at 5.0 from 5 reviews. Five is not a rating and cannot be compared with the Florida average of 4.52 across 346 builders. No recurring praise or complaint could be identified, because five accounts do not contain enough repeated language to establish one.
The fullest account describes a new house in Vero Beach and a 12 by 20 foot pool with a screen cage as the second phase of the project.
The gap between eight licenses and five reviews is the thing to notice. A company with that much licensing has been operating at some scale; the public review record does not reflect it, and neither the licenses nor the reviews explain why.
New residential and commercial pools, renovation, repair, routine servicing, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living. They publish pages for twelve places around the Space Coast and Treasure Coast. 24 project photographs are on the site.
Ask which of the eight licenses covers your job and who the qualifying agent on it is, by name. On a multi-license operation that single question tells you who is accountable, and it is not answerable from anything published. Ask which crew will build your pool and whether they are employed or subcontracted. On five reviews, ask for three references and call them. Then scope and exclusions in writing, payments tied to inspected stages, a completion date, and the insurance certificate.
