Shane and his team built our pool in 2021 and he did an amazing job! We interviewed over a dozen builders and picked SRI Pools. From start to finish he was professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had during the process. We love our pool and get so many compliments on it! If we have any issues to this day, he is a phone call away and is always there to help us! I highly recommend Shane to everyone!

As the other homeowner posting a second review I only have one thing to say about SRI Pools..."Start to Finish". The owner and builder was here from the in-depth conversation during the bid to showing me how to use the equipment on the last day. Changes as we went were a breeze. My questions about method, often endless, were handled with profession. My initial fear after stumbling upon his website was that he might be too high-end to take on my simple 25'x14' classic pool build in Titusville but Shane put those fears to rest at our 1st meeting. He was always quick to respond to calls or texts. I was pleasently surprised as to the steady rate the build progressed. He was very mindful of the landscaping despite the use of heavy equipment that all pool builders use and had a trusted crew that obviously he hand picked. I could go on but then I would be "gushing" over my beautiful new pool (and Shane). The cellphone pictures don't do justice to the pool...it's much bigger then it looks. My pool was built in 1975 and what a mess! I held off fixing it because the thought of having to choose companies to do all the related work was just overwhelming. Shane Rathel and I met to see if we were the right fit for each other - no pressure- he's not a salesman. As I learned, he's been doing it for over 30 years and is truly passionate about building pools/backyards of your dreams. I chose Shane Rathel, Inc. because it was the only company where the owner does the work and is on site when any subcontractors have to come in. I at least would have a point of contact if things went south! And he was just as competitive in price. Shane renovated my pool and replaced all my old pool equipment, took up my old deck, changed it to travertine and graded it so it drains like it should. My cement driveway is now a beautiful brick. My backyard is like a resort! It was neat to have someone who cares about making your pool the best it can be. And it was so nice to have all of this done through one person that you can trust. Shane made sure everyone did their jobs to his standards. You rarely see this level of craftsmanship, nor do you see the owner actually out there building the pool. I am so impressed with his work ethic and his integrity. And when it was all done, he has been great about getting back to me to answer any questions. He doesn't pawn it off to anyone else.
