I can't say enough good things about Tom and his team! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They guided us through every step of the process, helping us design a pool that perfectly suits our backyard and lifestyle. The craftsmanship is second to none—the attention to detail in every aspect of the construction is remarkable. Communication was seamless throughout the project, and they kept us informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a reliable, experienced, and customer-focused pool construction company, this is the one to choose. We are beyond thrilled with our new pool and can't wait to enjoy it for years to come!
Watch out for Tom. Once he sells you the pool you can’t ever get a hold of him. He didn’t complete my job even though he has all of my money. Chris is terrific to work.
They put in a gorgeous pool. Very professional, easy to work with and honest. Tom is a great guy. They put in the best filtration system, it can be controlled with a App, and the cost was fantastic... They were faster than the other companies proposals. *It's been 6 months and this pool is amazing. Filtration works perfectly. I've had pools before and I didn't know it could be this easy. Tom was right with the ultra violet ozone system. I Love This Pool! Thank you Simple to Sensational!
Tom is a very professional and knowledgeable person when it comes to pools. He took his time during our first time meeting. He answered all our questions and offered information valuable to us as a client. Information we had no idea to ask since we are no pool experts. Out of all the companies we reached out to, Simple to Sensational pools was the only company that took out the time to teach, educate, explain every detail that goes into having a pool. We appreciated that because after all it is a huge investment. I had a person from another company come by and look at my yard, say no words, and leave. All he said was, "we will email you a quote" 😤 Without asking us what we want.🤔 Tom did not do that. He got to know us first and find out what our vision was and budget and from there he develops a relationship, then he prepares and comes back with the quote and the vision. Working with him has been a wonderful experience thus far. Excited for the next steps. Will keep you posted 😊 The pool is now completed and the work done was incredible. The pool looks amazing, classy, simple yet sensational. Would totally recommend his work!
