My god this company did an amazing job on my new pool. I recommend you call them and get Adam he is amazing person who is always stays in contact with me answering my question. Adam designed an amazing pool. The man is a gentleman and a scholar and walks us through the design process. I highly recommend waterline pool company if you are looking to install a pool. I will follow up when it is completed. Adam is amazing. Hi All the amazing follow up of my pool creation by the best designer Adam fro waterline pools. They did and amazing and beautiful pool. I recommend you reach out to Adam for your new pool project you won’t be disappointed. I always do follow up even almost a year later from my pool project Adam is always available to assist me with any questions about my pool. Adam responds to all my questions in a quick manner. I respect a company who even after you compete a project with the company Adam is always there to help with my questions as am a new pool owner and learning to care for my pool. This is the type of company and person I would recommend to friends and neighbors or anyone who ask me who built my pool. Five stars does no justice For Adam because he makes you feel like family on a big project like this.
Waterline did a super job on my pool! Adam Coyman is a true gentleman and a genuine human being who is truly there for you every step of the way in the process. Their prices were fair, extremely competitive and not inflated like those from ALL the other companies I got quotes from. I was sold when my neighbors who had built multiple pools with them spoke highly of him and I could see daily from my backyard the quality of the work they were doing! Always with the utmost respect of the property and putting their heart and pride in what they were doing. A small example which made a huge deal for me: the tile I had picked for the pool turned out to be suboptimal and would have looked bad, they stopped the work, contacted me and advised I wouldn’t have been happy with it and to go pick a different tile. Someone else could have just done it and blame it on my pick but they went above and beyond to deliver a pool that is exactly how designed and a true beauty. Thank you Waterline! I’ll recommending them to everyone!
Waterline just completed our beautiful pool. Although it took longer than anticipated, that seems common right now for all pool companies. Our pool was well worth the wait! It turned out amazing! Everyone we dealt with at Waterline was professional, kind, and trustworthy. The sub contractors, when they came, seemed to have done quality work and were easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Waterline Pools! We had neighbors who used a different pool company than us and their experience was not even close to ours both in quality and experience! I can’t say enough about the people at Waterline (Addison, Adam, Brandon, Danny & Beverly) Addison did a wonderful job designing the pool to fit out wants!
We had purchased a new construction house in Winter Park ready for a pool. We opened our Waterline pool in April 2021. All has been great. All our guests including a couple top real estate agents in our neighborhood have complimented our home and our backyard with the new pool. Pool homes generally add $100K+ in home value in our neighborhood. We have had some minor issues come up within the defined warranty periods. One issue was failure of an LED light and the others were related to pavers settling in one area of the deck. I followed Waterline’s warranty instructions and repair crews were dispatched in a timely manner to make successful and quality repairs. All continues to be great!
This has been the worst experience of a lifetime. I contracted with Waterline Pools and Spa to build a pool and spa at my home. It was delay after delay from the beginning. Of course everything was due to COVID, despite not having any delay on supplies. There would be weeks, no one would show up, despite the company telling us the pool would be completed in 4 months. By the time we reach month 8 were exhausted. When I complained I was yelled at by Adam, literally yelling and screaming at me. And finally the worst of it all the contractor decided to ask for their final payment early. Hadn't finished the deck, the electrical undone, the pool unfinished but they wanted a final payment. We refused and referred them back to contract. Guess what happens next, they abandoned the job. Pull all workers and never returned!!! Left almost $30000 of work to be completed. Never in my life would I work with this company again and I caution anyone to stay away from this place! Response to owner: why would they abandon a job? Who knows because he wanted to. He didn’t want to be held accountable. Of course I can’t prove it but that is the only thing I can think of. This company was paid on time every time a draw was due. When the 3rd and final large payment was due despite not completing the work per our contract we said no! I’m not going to pay you for work you did not do! I have in writing the owner stating, “I’ll admit the request for draw was premature.” They abandoned us because they thought they could bully us into paying them for work they had not completed. The job was more like 60% done. They went into binding arbitration asking for almost $30k, literally asking to be paid for work they did not do. I had to pay almost $30k to finish the job. In the end, because I was smart I spent I a little under and the arbitrators found in my favor. Instead of paying the ridiculous amount of money he was asking for…I paid him a nominal amount to bring the amount spent up to our contract. This guy lost and he is mad I beat him at his own game. He actually thought he could quit and still get paid. Sorry, not sorry!
All promises & no action, warranty is worthless, subcontractors used were the most umproffesional bunch. My Deck ; 5 years warranty not existing, to claim you have to send ck for 1,000 or more to be able to arbitrate, they make you sign a contract that you will just go to arbitration not be able to go to your attorney for any claim not resolve by builder. Have multiple issues with my pavers deck,; responded and resolve few of the issues but the major issues ( deck sinking and pavers sorraunding pool water line coming off) not resolve a supervisor respond and ck the issue and he concur with my description of the problem . Did need to resolve issue on my own hundred of dollars. Buyer beware. Do not recommend this company.
