We had a wonderful experience with Artisan and absolutely love our new pool! From the very beginning, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were always willing to answer our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our project stayed on schedule, which we really appreciated. Like with any major project, a few issues came up along the way, but what stood out to us was how quickly and professionally Artisan addressed and resolved them. No major project is completely problem-free, but having a company that listens, communicates, and takes care of concerns makes all the difference. We are so happy with our pool and the overall experience with Artisan. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. We LOVE our Artesian pool. It's an 18' x 36' classic rectangle with a 12' fountain wall. We added ozone and UV water treatment. Otherwise, it's pretty simple, but beautiful. We signed our contract Jan of 2022, and there was a one-year waiting list! (Due to their popularity, and post-pandemic supply chain issues). But we weren't starting construction of our house until 2023 anyway. Artesian did a good job keeping us up to date with their every-two-weeks list of projects. You know right where you stand. Henry did a good job answering questions, making adjustments to our contract and telling us our options and his opinion of what we needed. Construction started in July of 2023, timed to finish with the house, and it worked out perfectly. Hannah did a great job keeping us informed of progress, sending us photos (we were still out of state) and answering our questions. The crews also worked will with the house contractor and subs ... in fact, our contractor was so impressed, she now recommends Artesian to her home buyers.
