As you can imagine we did ALOT of research on pool companies and got several quotes. From the first time we met Jhon (sales manager) we immediately felt like this was the pool company we wanted to use to put our pool in. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and made us feel welcomed and comfortable until the installment of the pool. Each step of the process Duke kept us very well informed and was a great communicator on what the next step was going to be. We were originally told the project was going to take 12 weeks which we were already impressed with and it ended up only taking 8 weeks (very exciting and nice surprise). Mark did a wonderful job explaining how the pool equipment works and was very patient with any questions we had. Highly recommend, Duke has great people working for him.
