As a designer based in the Tampa area, I’ve spent a long time trying to find a pool builder that actually understands both aesthetics and construction… and that’s harder to come by than most people think. After working around (and unfortunately seeing the aftermath of) some not so great companies in this space, I can honestly say LIV Pools completely changed my expectations. From the start, they stood out because they’re genuinely up to date with current design trends. They don’t just build pools… they design spaces that feel modern, intentional, and elevated, using the right materials and finishes to make everything come together. What impressed me even more, though, is their depth of knowledge on the construction side. They clearly understand the full scope of a project… not just the pool itself, but how everything integrates (electrical, layout, functionality, etc.). That level of awareness makes a huge difference, especially in an industry where a lot of companies jump in without fully knowing what they’re doing. I’m extremely detail-oriented and not easy to impress, especially being in the design world myself, but LIV Pools exceeded my expectations across the board. They transformed my backyard in Venetian Isles into something I’m genuinely proud of. LIV Pools designed and built my pool with impeccable attention to detail. What I appreciate most is how they avoided the “cookie cutter” look you see everywhere, while still incorporating current design trends in a way that feels elevated and personal. They really took the time to make sure the end result didn’t just look good… but looked right for my space. There’s a level of intention behind their work that’s hard to find. Working with LIV Pools was the best experience after getting several quotes from different pool companies we chose LIV because they were understanding and were willing to work with us on our budget instead of selling us on things we didn’t need for our pool, the project was completed in 28 days, all the crews were very respectful and they made me feel assured that everything was moving in the right direction along the stretch of our project. LIV Pools is a great company to work with! The pool came with our new house, and Yanni and his team have been great from day one. You can tell they really take pride in their work, they’re thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of what they do. Communication has always been quick and friendly, and it’s clear they want their customers to be happy long term. We love our new backyard and look forward to using them in the future.
