Their own site puts the company's start two decades earlier, in 1962, and tells a story about the owner being appointed to the state's Construction Industry Licensing Board. Neither of those is something Florida publishes, so read them as the company's own account rather than as record. The license is the checkable part, and it is clean. Read the Google account as a specific warning rather than a general one: what went wrong there was administrative — an estimate that never arrived — and it says nothing against the pools themselves, which is exactly what the Yelp accounts speak to.
