From our very first meeting to the finished pool, the entire team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way. The quality of the work is outstanding, and our pool turned out absolutely beautiful. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. Our backyard has become our favorite place to be, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Well this company has no care for the people of there Community they serve . This is in reguards to the debary parade a man wearing there logo tee shirt just cussed out two people for parking at the end of there parking lot that were minding there own Business waiting to watch the parade on the sidewalk . Remember this Business is closed for the day as well . Anyway totally Unprofessional language and behavior when he could've made a good impression on their business by allowing people to utilize their parking lot for a fun event. now instead of leaving a good impression in these peoples minds and my own it's left a lot of negativity and never wanting to use that company for anything so sad What a great opportunity for public exposure good influence missed bad cemented Indelibly everyone around the scene
All American did a wonderful job on our new pool. They knew exactly what we wanted. We shopped several pool builders and nobody had the quick response or understanding that All American did. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. The process was very fast and the builder was very communicative of the process. They really did a nice job. Quality work all around. Chris really does a great job and really understands what people want. Highly recommend.
Well glad to see I am not the only one with a bad experience with this company hopefully people read these before going any further. Buyer beware of contractor always.
We finally decided to build our dream pool! We talked with 4 pool contractors. After meeting with Chris, the pool builder and owner we knew he was the man for us. A very professional quote was drawn up, and although the scope of work was more than originally anticipated, the job stayed right on schedule. We were very pleased with the crew that did the work, and their cleanup at the end was greatly appreciated. We are very happy with the end product. Chris was very knowledgable and quite thorough. I give this company a A+. Now I can't wait for warm weather to enjoy our new pool and outdoor space!!
We inquired about having them install a new pool pump, all we got was the answer of do it yourself. We tried installing ourselves and we still have no working pump and was told to call the manufacturer. We always recommended them to our friends and family, but we can honestly say we are extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service we did receive. The one pro is that one of the workers did come to the house this morning to take a look, but again we asked them to do it and said no, you can do it yourself. So disappointed.
