Update: After writing the 2 star review, Jim the supervisor came by and did a final walk thru. He saw the issues we were talking about and has taken steps to correct our complaints! We are reasonable people, an understand there will always be mishaps but how you handled them makes the world of difference. I gave them a 5 star because they corrected what was wrong and showed that they do care about their customers. It meant the world that they stood behind their product! THANK YOU JIM! We spent over six months researching before deciding to work with All Phase Pool Remodeling—asking friends, reading reviews, and meeting with their sales rep, Mark. Mark seemed knowledgeable, and one of the main reasons we chose All Phase was because he told us they used employees, not subcontractors. This turned out to be completely untrue. They rely heavily on preferred vendors, and that difference mattered a lot to us. Scheduling & On-Site Issues Scheduling was handled fairly well, but the subcontractors repeatedly entered our property without checking in. We have dogs, and our work orders clearly stated that crews needed to notify us before entering the yard. Instead, people just appeared in our backyard or on our porch without ringing the doorbell—startling us and upsetting our dogs. This happened many times, even after we called All Phase to remind them of our request. It became such a consistent problem that we eventually locked our gate and put up a sign instructing them to check in before entering. It didn’t make much difference. Quality of Work by Subcontractors Demo team: Excellent. Tile installers: Work was decent, but they left trash in our pool and said it would be “sprayed over” later. We don’t want trash embedded in our pool—whether we can see it or not. Gunite crew: The rudest team we dealt with. They damaged our grass, though All Phase did replace it afterward. Paver crew: Created the biggest mess. They used dry saws, blowing dust all over our pool cage, AC unit, and inside our home. I had to stop them myself and ask them to redirect the saw—which should be common sense. Our on-site supervisor, Jim, had a major family emergency, so he wasn’t present much. Because of that—and possibly other internal issues—we never received a final walk-through. Additional Issues With the Paver Company **Update 2/13/26 - "I was contacted by Mr Ferreira and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction." (Separate From All Phase) After the pool renovation, we hired Funtastic Pavers (the same crew that installed the pavers) to seal the deck. This turned into a nightmare. They used the wrong sealant, which caused algae growth, dirt sticking to the tile, and even turned parts of the deck pink. After being paid, they refused to come back and fix the issue, and we’ve had to take them to small claims court to hear back from them. While this isn’t All Phase’s fault, it added to the overall frustration of the project. Warranty & Customer Service Once All Phase was paid in full, the customer service essentially disappeared. We’ve been trying to get someone to look at the marble/pavers, which are chipping badly as the sand inside them wears out. We simply want to know whether this is normal, but the person handling scheduling and warranty never returns calls. We are still waiting to this day. The pavers look five or more years old, despite being less than a year old. Final Thoughts The only reason All Phase earned two stars is because the pool itself is nice and functions well. But customer service after payment is almost nonexistent, and the deck portion of the project was a disaster. If you decide to use All Phase, I would recommend using them only for the pool work ONLY—not the deck. As much money we have spent, we definitely did not get the great customer service that was promised. I wish I had seen their better business bureau reviews. It pretty much sums it up about the company.
Overall, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with All Phase Pools with the exception of a couple small hiccups, which I'll discuss later. My wife and I moved into a new home last summer and the pool finish was original (1997). It had pitting and needed to be resurfaced (we selected the Signature Matrix Black). We decided to add a sunshelf as well. A friend of mine in the pool industry recommended All Phase. From the sales process, through the end of the project, the customer service was fantastic. Each different technician was pleasant and did a great job. The quality of work was excellent (per my friend who was over a few different times throughout the project). There were a few hiccups with minor details (jet covers, light replacement) but overall it was great. Once the pool was finished and refilled, we had some blemishes in the finish near the drain. They immediately scheduled a tech to come out and rectify it, which he did. A couple weeks later I noticed some of the same blemishes at different spots, which they again came out and remedied the issue quickly. Additionally, Jim, the project manager, answered many of my after hours calls way later than he needed to (6pm-9pm). My only small complaint was at times I was not given an update on when to expect the next step, but with coordinating different vendors, I am not sure if the blame falls on All Phase or their vendors. Joann did a great job emailing me throughout the process, outside of a couple of delayed responses (we had 67 total emails throughout the project). They also will not schedule the next phase when a payment is due until after the payment is received (both times it was scheduled in under 20 minutes), but I completely understand why that is, so I don't fault them. Overall though, I would highly recommend All Phase, because at the end of the day my paramount concern is the quality of work and the end result. The sunshelf and pool finish look great! I could not be happier with how the pool turned out.
I hired all phase pools from a mail flyer after unsuccessfully dealing with 3 other local Titusville/Merritt Island pool remodelers Only 1 of them showed up to give estimate 2 took forever to even return a simple call back, so I took a chance on all phase pools and couldn't be happier. The designer Mark actually showed up on time and had a large selections of material I choose heritage design with flagstone pavers and wet edge pebble pool finish. I had the design consult in July but delayed the project until October because it was a 4 week project and I didn't want pool construction in the summer when I'm using the pool. What you have to take into consideration is all phase pools has a crew for each specialty not just one crew to do everything. I had pool tiler, pavers crew, pool bonding crew, wet edge crew, electrician for the light and a chemical guy. So you have all theses specialty crews coordinating several projects, plus Florida weather delayed a week with rain and days for curing etc. Jiovanni was project manager he did great job keeping me in the loop with all contractors. The project actually only took 8-9 days but again to coordinate all crews and weather to cooperate long story short, the crews showed up on time, worked hard, were very polite got the job done ahead of schedule and on budget. Very pleased with entire experience.
All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. is a fantastic company! They coordinated the remodeling of our pool professionally and efficiently. We were thrilled with the quality of the workmanship and the pace and progress of the project. Mark provided a detailed in-home estimate complete with samples of every type of option for the interior surface and tiles. He also provided references and a great outline of what to expect and when. Joann and Margarita provided constant updates and info on crew arrivals for each segment of the remodel. It’s clear they have excellent relationships with the various tradespeople required to complete this type of project as each crew was polite, efficient, and talented. The tile guy worked through a couple of cold, rainy days but it did not affect the quality of his work. The electrician came out on a Saturday after a week of vacation to keep the project on schedule. The teams working on the interior were well coordinated despite the confined area. The cost of the project was definitely in line with the quality and beauty of the final outcome.
To add the latest up date......as of August I realized that the safety regulator that covers the spa intake was never installed. This was realized the hard way as my wife's leg was caught in the opening while using the spa for the first time. Thank goodness my kids were not in it at the time. This was a part that was ordered and never installed as per the original job. I contacted All Phase to deal with a nice but new person that said she would look into it. It took a week for the installer to show up to finally put the part in to only find out it was the wrong part. 3 months to order a part yet it is still the wrong part? They said they only come to Brevard county once a week and they would come back the following week. I emailed All Phase (with no response) to make them aware of the issue................one week later, no e-mail, no call and no part installed. TYPICAL OF ALL PHASE. Wish there was a negative star rating. UPDATED JUNE 21, 2017. I HAVE TAKEN THIS REVIEW DOWN TO 1 STAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY LEFT ME WITH A LEAK AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX IT. THEY MADE ME GET A PROFESSIONAL TO FIND THE LEAK THEY COULD NOT AND NEVER REIMBURSED ME. THEY DENIED ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIER WORK EVEN THOUGH THE PROFESSIONAL LEAK DETECTION COMPANY, UNDER ALL PHASE'S WATCH, FOUND 3 LEAKS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND AND REPAIRED. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISFORTUNE. Wish I went a different way! They used a great looking product to make the color exactly what I wanted BUT the surface was not smooth as promised. Even after brushing it 2 times a day for 2 weeks and 1 time a day for the next, it is not great. The spa came out horrible. Had to have them drain it and "buff it" just so you could actually sit down on the surface. The pool was resurfaced because I wanted a smoother surface. All I got was a different color. To add insult to injury there is a leak that their "tech" could not find. Losing 2" of water a day!!!! Now I have to spend $300 to have a 3rd party come out and find the leak which they said they will not fix. How the hell is there a leak after you finish the work but it is my fault. Yeah, big disappointment. Would not recommend! UPDATE: All Phase Inspector #2 came out and found 1 of the leaks in seconds. Apologized about poor customer service. 3rd party leak detector found that leak, another leak and a potential leak that was about to give. All Phase wanted the 3rd party to not come and they were just going to fix the 1 leak and leave. Glad the 3rd party came! I have e-mailed All Phase about a refund for the cost of the leak detection and repair and haven't heard back yet. I have been filling the pool for 3 weeks @ 70 gallons a day. IF I even get reimbursed I am positive they will not attempt to make good on all the water I have had to fill due to their inability to find the leak or make proper arrangements to have it solved. We shall see. Not changing my 2 star rating.
Don’t waste your time or money on this company!!! 15 days after paying a deposit and signing the contract I had to end up calling just to find out when they would be starting or any update at all. Mark talked so highly of the “project manager” Laura (the only thing she’s good at is avoiding calls and giving pathetic excuses) but come to find out per mark, if we have issues we should call the salesman....in what business does the salesman deal with the project after the papers are signed?! The inspector was the only professional worker we dealt with. In the 7 weeks I was not called ONCE by the project manager to let me know when people would be arriving or any updates at all!!! (We have 5 daughters and 2 large dogs) Laura needs to find a new job!!! First worker we were introduced to had a burnt cigarette hanging from his mouth (truly professional) and would stop working completely to talk. What should have been a easy two day project of replacing the tile turned into 5 days and we were unable to use our backyard/porch because if he saw us he’d stop working and come try to chat. So incredibly uncomfortable for us and our kids. The crew that sprayed the pebble left products, acid bottles, water bottles, red tape, used sponges and other trash laying across our property. (I was planning on attaching pics for all this) I can only be mad at myself for choosing this pathetic excuse of a professional business but I hopefully can help someone else. Any complaints I made were met with excuses and not once was there an apology to me or my husband. Thankfully it looks fine but for the price you pay, you should at least be able to expect professional service sadly not with this company. I will never suggest them to anyone. Do your research and definitely check reviews. The work started in September 2020.
