I talked with 9 pool builders and had to find the one I could trust. TRUST being the big word here. That we could sleep at night and know the project would be a success. A Success it was! They have been in business a long time, made it through Covid, have a bunch of full time employees which tells you they are committed to making your project a success. Luke, Brian, Joe, Mark , Kenny, Justin ,Sarah, and others all took care of their piece of the project. Thanks to Greg for putting us at ease during the initial design and signing the contract. There are always small details that need to be corrected in any project and that is what sets the winners from the losers. Blue Moon Backyard and Pool are winners and they made sure all the small issues that I found or they would find were taken care of to our satisfaction promptly. Project was completed on time. We highly recommend them for your next pool build.

Pool is nice, birdcage is amazing. The part that ruins it is the customer service and lack of communication. Pool was delayed 2 months for parts unknown,"what parts" we never got an answer on that. Then we couldn't get the system to work with internet. Two Weeks of back and forth I went and got a new internet service. It still didn't work. It turns out it was their equipment. Few weeks later, value seals start leaking on equipment, we notified company. Took two weeks tonget someone out to even look at it. Completely changed the values and didn't inform us how the new one works. After that, we sent pictures and asked how to operate them. Three week later, I still have not received an answer to that question. Then, grout cracked along the entire lengthin pool so we texted. Never heard back for 2 weeks. My eife texted and miraculously, they came the next day. They dug out old grout and put new in, however they just left old grout in the pool. We text them to ask who would ean up the mess they made. One week later, and still no response. Do not use this company. They subcontract everything and no one knows what the other is doing. The owners let one incompetent person manage the projects and he is definitely not the brightest crayon in the box Incompetent is the only way to describe this company.

We were extremely pleased with the experience we had with Blue Moon. When you hear all the horror stories about other pool installers this didnu2019t happen at all with Blue Moon. We didnu2019t have any during the entire project. All their contractors were top notch, polite, and professional. We had no issues with the quality of work, timeliness of the project, and communication during the entire project. From the initial site visit, project design and quote with Jeanne, to project management with Joel, Brian, and Luke, Site preparation and excavation by Gary (The best!!), concrete & walls, pool construction, electrical, plumbers (Didnu2019t get all the great skilled trades names), but they were all professional. Sara came and initially opened the pool and taught the u201cPool Schoolu201d classes. After Sara Christopher is now maintaining the pool. Christopher is very contentious about his work and personable. We will still contract with Blue Moon to maintain the pool. We highly recommend Blue Moon to our family and friends.

DO NOT USE THEM!! After 4 years, my gutter still leaks - they are a JOKE. I wouldn't have these clowns put in a birdbath. They are even worst at servicing a pool. They left my pool with more dirt in it AFTER they provided the service - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. 1 Star rating is being generous!

Blue Moon recently completed a 44 ft. pool for us, plus a sun deck, and hot tub, along with 6 ft. walled lanai. We have been very pleased with the quality, timeliness, and communications at each step of the process. When we decided to put in a pool, we consulted our neighbors...some of them had not-so-good experiences, but they all recommended Blue Moon. This was our first pool and Jeanne & Greg led us patiently through the planning & design stage. Our contact then shifted to project managers Joel, Brian, and Luke. These guys were fabulous in their communications, suggestions, and attention to detail; they made frequents stops to monitor progress and to keep us informed. We've also been very impressed with the contractors & support teams that Blue Moon used for excavation (Gary), concrete & walls (Jose, Pedro, Francisco & Angel), pumps, heaters, plumbing, gas lines, & laminators (Troy & Brandon) irrigation (Ralph), birdcage (Paulo), walkway (Alex) and especially for the extensive in-wall e/o and system work that Mike the electrician did for us. Blue Moon (Buddy) is also connecting an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, side burners, sink and fridge. We're continuing to work with Sara on the ongoing maintenance of our pool. We would highly recommend Blue Moon for your pool.

Have asked for a quote for refinishing for a month. Every week since I have continued to be put off saying she is busy. 3 other companies came out within a week of calling. If our business isn’t wanted then I’d rather just be told that and not pushed off like a second class citizen.

We had a fantastic experience working with Blue Moon Pools. From the beginning they took the time to look at our property, sit down with us, and custom design a pool that was right for our property and needs. From there we had a ton of custom choices to dial in to get the aesthetic just right (tile, pavers, water features etc.). They communicated the timeline and stuck to it, the only delays coming from the county, not them. Any minor issues in the construction or punch out once done were addressed quickly. Overall great experience and glad we decided to use them!

I'm starting to suspect this company is allergic to money. They did a fine job refinishing my pool a few years ago. But to nail them down for any sort of work now is near impossible. They don't call you back, come for inspections and don't send quotes. There's no continuity or following up, which is the death bell for a business. Go literally anywhere else.

Our experience with Blue Moon Pool has been nothing but positive, from the beginning with Jeanne and Chris with the design stage, to the project managers Joel and Brian, We received constant communication letting us know on which day excavation was to start and what day the electricians, plumbers, plastering and bird cage would be erected. We chose our deck to be done with pavers, beautiful job and the bird cage construction outstanding.Any questions we had was always answered by the next day. Tomorrow the hand rail will be put in and the pool project will be complete. Typically I do not leave poor reviews but after three months of paying for a service that I never received properly I felt I needed too. For three months each week I had to call in to tell them the tech did not clean the pool. Each week they apologized and resent someone out to half heartedly to clean the pool again. Excuse after excuse we still gave our business to this local company. Finally this month we called to cancel and ask for a refund since they hadn’t performed the services correctly and now they insult us and say it a pool gel coat issue (had it checked, not the issue either). Told them we went and treated and cleaned the pool ourselves (someone had to do it for gods sake lol) and told them the how great the pool looked so obviously it’s an issue on their end. The argued with us and refused to refund us. So buyer beware, you’re better off cleaning your own pool (we we did almost every week since they couldn’t) rather than using their services. We gave them more chances than they deserved. The first two photos are of their cleaning and the last photo is of us cleaning the pool. Sad, I always try to use local business but sometimes local business don’t care about their service level.

We had Blue Moon install a Viking spa with 3 foot wall, scuppers, pavers, and bird cage.nnBrian and Jeff did the majority of work, and were very professional and courteous. They are to be commended for their attention to detail.nnAlthough there were a few u201cbumps in the roadu201d due to weather conditions beyond their control, owners Chris and Joel always kept us apprised of the revised schedule.nnThanks to the Blue Moon team for a beautiful, relaxing environment.....every day is like going on vacation.....to our own personal spa!!

Original pool guy we had was amazing he left company for another job. New technicians don't know what the hell they are doing.dropping this company immediately. Highly suggest you avoid using this company
