The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Covid helped create a "backorder" issue, however when pool Construction was begun the problems were in the last part of completion. Deck paint was incomplete and when they finally came to do it, wrong color paint was used. It is now 3 months and still waiting. Called office, as I was talking lady on phone accused me of cursing and screamed I'll send someone out and hung up. She responded like this on other occasions where I had to call about an issue.Very bad PR. I love the pool, but would not use them/reccomend them because of their "service"
Working with Wiseman Pool Company was a disappointing experience. Our pool project took two months longer than originally promised, and the process felt disorganized from start to finish. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. Frequent employee turnover made matters worse, as critical information was often lost, leading to repeated confusion and delays. Meanwhile, three different pool companies started projects in nearby areas, and all of them managed to finish in half the time. Although the pool was eventually completed, the experience was stressful. Overall, our experience with Wiseman was poor.
Our pool is beautiful. We were happy with the many workers we had throughout the 6 month installation process. When we had a few minor problems Alex would come help us. The only real problem we have is the concrete around the pool had about 8 creaks in it at completion. One is over 10 ‘ long. As time goes on more are appearing. We were told Weisman would not do anything unless a dime could fit in the crack. We have beautiful pool with an ugly pad surrounding it.
I see many great reviews for Wiseman. I wish this was one of them. Denise from the office is a big thumbs down. Awful communication! I left three voice messages and an email over four day period in regards to a warranty repair. She finally decided to contact us (after we called a salesman to relay a message to the office) and stated to my wife that she emailed me and left me two voicemails. That never happened! I cannot stand when people alter their stories to cover their own incompetence. There is no excuse for that. Our new pool was down for 10 days with an electrical issue. Water from the rain entered the electric panel and caused damage. We ended up repairing it ourselves at our own expense. The pool was starting to turn green. Thank you Denise for your amazing customer service! Feel free to respond to this short review down below. I am sure that will you will improve and speed up your communication skills now. A little late for that. Seeing that this is under warranty, I will be sure to send you the bill for the repair if you would like. Big disappointment... After this review was left: The response from Wiseman in regards to this review is not accurate. I figured as much. Lesson learned for us. Response for your scheduling of your electrician: He called me while I was at work and told me that his eta (estimated time of arrival) was 6 minutes. That is a great way to schedule. And it was NOT 5 days, it was 10! Enough of the ridiculous drama from you people. I am sick of your excuses, cover ups and lack of professionalism. You are just trying too hard to make yourselves look like you didn't do anything wrong to people who read this. I just hope that you do not do this to anyone else in the future. Good bye and good riddance!
Great company ,very professional in all aspects of working with clients and in the process of building
Not good...no one returns phone calls...looking for another pool contractor.

Starts with Wiseman Pools — Leesburg, Lake County. My project is somewhere else
Wiseman Pools of Leesburg: Florida licensed since 2007, 3.5 on Google from 38 reviews, with three customers reporting communication failures.
Wiseman Pools — registered as Wiseman Ventures Inc — works out of Leesburg in Lake County and has held Florida contractor license CPC1457504 since July 2007. Nineteen years of unbroken license is a genuine credential and the strongest thing the public record says about them. Their domain dates from 2008. They describe themselves as family-owned, which Florida's public record does not settle either way.
New pool construction, screen enclosures, spas, water features, servicing and outdoor living work. The praise that exists is about the building rather than the process — one customer calls them very professional in all aspects of working with clients and in the construction itself. What is missing from their record is any theme: no single quality is named by three or more customers, which on thirty-eight reviews is unusual and means there is no consistent strength to point at.
Leesburg and the surrounding Lake County. They publish no separate pages for other towns, so there is no documented service area — worth confirming your own address by phone. Their site carries little detail beyond the name.
Google has them at 3.5 from 38 reviews. That is a full point below the 4.52 average across Florida's builders, and thirty-eight reviews is a large enough base for the number to mean something rather than reflect a bad month. The reason is legible and it is consistent: three separate customers describe communication failing. One reports leaving three voicemails without a reply and singles out the office rather than the crews. Another describes a pool project running two months longer than promised with the process poorly handled throughout. Nineteen years of license sits behind a company that, on its own review record, is difficult to get hold of. Set against that, the positive accounts describe the built pool favourably, so the capability appears real — the failure is in the running of the job rather than the pouring of it. They also advertise being number one. If you are considering them, protect the part that goes wrong: agree in writing who your point of contact is and how quickly they will come back to you, get the schedule with dates against each stage, and agree what happens when a stage slips. Those are the three things the complaints on record are about, and all three can be settled before any money changes hands.

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC1457504 has been held since July 2007 — nineteen years. The registered company name is Wiseman Ventures Inc; they trade as Wiseman Pools.
Google sits at 3.5 from 38 reviews, a full point below the 4.52 Florida average on a base large enough to be meaningful. Three separate customers describe communication failing — one left three voicemails without reply, another had a project run two months late. The positive accounts describe the finished pool favourably.
No. They advertise it, and a 3.5 average from 38 reviews contradicts it.
Being unable to reach them, and a schedule that slips. The complaints are about the running of the job rather than the quality of the pool, which several reviewers describe favourably. Agree your point of contact, a response time, and dated stages in writing.
Leesburg and the surrounding Lake County. They publish no pages for individual towns, so confirm your own address by phone.
Yes — it is the strongest thing on their record and it is not nothing. A pool license held continuously since 2007 has come through a recession. Weigh it against a review average that is genuinely below par, rather than instead of it.
