The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
After nearly three years of owning our pool, I can confidently say that choosing this company was one of the best decisions we made. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding. Every detail, from the finishes to the overall construction, was completed with great care and professionalism, and the pool still looks fantastic today. What truly sets them apart, however, is their commitment to customer service. Even after almost three years, they continue to be responsive, attentive, and willing to help whenever questions or minor issues arise. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its work long after a project is completed, but they have consistently done exactly that. Their warranty support has been excellent, and it's clear that customer satisfaction remains a priority for them. If you're looking for a company that delivers high-quality products, beautiful finishes, and exceptional long-term service, I highly recommend them.
their company dropped a bunch of junk out of the back of their trailer and acknowledged it. They damaged my son‘s car after they acknowledge it then they change their mind and don’t wanna pay all the damages. I would never use this company I live in a prestigious community has a lot of pools and people looking for pools that will be the number one company I would say not to use because they don’t stand by their word. When a car or a trailer drop something and we have it on video hitting the car and they don’t want to take care of it. That’s a problem. I would just imagine how sloppy their work is if they can’t even keep things in the dumpster, even after acknowledging their stuff flew out of the dumpster.
If you want the job done right the first time, call Dunota Pools. We had already paid two different pool companies to fix our lighting issue with no success. I contacted Dunota to install a new light system as a birthday gift for my wife, and they exceeded expectations. Our tech, Mauricio, was top-notch. He installed a new fixture and cable along with a beautiful color-changing LED light cycle. The pool and the entire backyard look amazing now. It's rare to find a company that can fix what others couldn't. Thank you, Mauricio and the Dunota team, for making my wife's birthday gift a success!
I would recommend to avoid this company. Their truck had stuff falling from it hit my car. They agreed to fix it and then backed out after a month almost of waiting shame shame

CONSUMER BEWARE! Working with Dunota has been a nightmare! Every single step of the way has been a fight! From the beginning of the project when I had to constantly deal with the city because the paperwork was missing or filed incorrectly. Then, finally it was approved after I spent countless hours doing Dunota’s job. As for the install. They failed 5 INSPECTIONS then Marco tried to upsell us on stuff that was already included in the project. The only reason they passed any sort of inspections is due to me calling co workers and having them help us out. Otherwise we would still have no pool. Communication is HORRIBLE! I have been working in construction and I’ve been dealing with contracts for 20 years and HAVE NEVER dealt with such a horror of an office. To this day almost a year later they can’t pass inspection. They have continued to fail and refuse to place sod (required by the city due to THEIR engineering issues) in order to pass saying the contract states it’s our issue. Marco is a nightmare to deal with and will try and wiggle his way out of every situation. My wife and I will be seeking arbitration!

Dunota Pools of Orlando: Florida licensed since 2020, 4.4 on Google from 225 reviews and 3.0 on Yelp from 41, with complaints about withdrawn repair offers.
Dunota Pools works out of Old Winter Garden Road in Orlando and holds Florida contractor license CPC1459402, current since February 2020. The registered name is Dunota Pool Supplies, and they do sell supplies — but the license is a pool contractor's license and their own headline is Orlando swimming pool construction and service, so read them as a builder that also has a counter rather than a shop that occasionally builds.
New pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly servicing, spas and outdoor living work. The servicing side is a real part of the business rather than an afterthought, and it shows in the reviews: several of the warmest accounts are about maintenance and repair rather than a new build, including one customer three years in describing the materials and craftsmanship as holding up. If you want a company that will still be turning up after the pool is finished, that is the part of their record to weigh.
Wider than you would guess from an Orlando address. They publish pages written for Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Tampa, St. Petersburg and St. Augustine — six areas, each with its own page rather than one template with the town swapped, which is a real spread across central Florida from coast to coast. Worth asking who supervises a job at the far end of that, and how often they are on site, because the servicing side of the business is what makes a distant job workable. Their site carries a 2025 copyright while reviews arrive continuously, most recently in August 2026, so the business is well ahead of the website.
This is the largest body of feedback on this list and it does not point one way, so it is worth reading properly. Google has them at 4.4 from 225 reviews — above respectable, slightly below the 4.52 Florida average. Yelp reads 3.0 from 41, and 41 reviews is a big enough second opinion to take seriously rather than dismiss. Taken together they average 4.18, under the state figure. The praise is real and repeated: eleven customers name their professionalism, five the quality of the work and four the communication. What the complaints agree on is specific and recent. Three separate customers describe the same incident type in June 2026 — a company trailer shedding debris and damaging a parked car, the damage acknowledged, and then the offer to put it right withdrawn after roughly a month of waiting. Two of the three say exactly that: agreed, then backed out. A fourth thread, from February 2026, describes a build where every stage was a fight, including problems with the city. Four complaining customers out of 266 is a small proportion, and what they describe is consistent enough to be useful: the building is not the weak point, and standing behind a mistake is. If you use them, get the damage and remediation terms in writing before any vehicle or trailer is on your property, and do not accept a verbal promise to fix something. They also advertise themselves as the premier pool company.

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC1459402 has been current since February 2020.
Both, but the license is a pool contractor's license and their headline is pool construction and service. They sell supplies as well — the registered company name is Dunota Pool Supplies, which is why the name can mislead.
Google reads 4.4 from 225 reviews and Yelp 3.0 from 41, averaging 4.18 — just under the 4.52 Florida average, and on a base big enough that both numbers count. Eleven customers name the professionalism, five the build quality, four the communication.
They publish area pages for Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Tampa, St. Petersburg and St. Augustine, and each is written for its area rather than duplicated — so the claim is evidenced rather than asserted. Whether a crew based in Orlando should be building your pool in St. Augustine is a fair question to put to them directly.
Mostly one thing. Three customers in June 2026 describe a company trailer shedding debris and damaging a parked car, the damage being acknowledged, and the offer to repair it then withdrawn after about a month. A separate account from February 2026 describes a build where every stage was a fight. The complaints are about making good, not about the pools.
Put the damage and remediation terms in writing before any trailer or vehicle is on your property, and do not accept a verbal promise to fix something. That is the precise point at which the negative accounts on record break down.
No, and this is one of the few claims on this directory that the record contradicts rather than merely fails to support. A 4.4 average on Google and 3.0 on Yelp does not establish being the best of anything.
