The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
After having the same amazing pool company for almost 8 years, our route was sold to a new company. The new company kept telling us things we'd just replaced needed to be replaced again. Nothing made sense. Switched to a different pool company who couldn't keep our pool from being green. So I found Falpool, they should up the next day. Our pool went from turning green back to a beautiful pool. They are consistent and go above and beyond to take care of you. If you're look for a good honest company that knows what they're doing. Look no further!!!! We appreciate you guys so much!!!
We couldn't be happier with our new pool! From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering a high-quality result. The communication throughout the project was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the entire process stress-free. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. What impressed us most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They treated our project as if it were their own backyard and made sure every detail was completed to perfection. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and always left the work area clean and organized. We are proud to recommend this company to anyone considering a pool project. If you're looking for a pool builder that delivers exceptional quality, outstanding service, and a truly beautiful final product, look no further. Five stars all the way!
Here’s a review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Pool Equipment Installation I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on my pool. The Falpool transferred my system from a traditional chlorine setup to a saltwater system and professionally installed my filter, pool heater, and saltwater chlorinator. Everything was completed with great attention to detail, and the workmanship was top-notch. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and operating perfectly. The entire process was smooth, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone who knows pool equipment inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right, I highly recommend him. Fantastic job from start to finish!

We checked Falpool of Orlando against every pool builder in Florida — what license CPC1461125 covers, what they build, and where they really stand.
Falpool works out of Orlando, from Wooden Pine Drive in Orange County. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1461125, was issued in July 2025, making them one of the newest license-holders on this site. The website has been running since 2018, so the trading history is longer than the license date alone suggests — worth asking them about directly, because a new license over an older business usually has a straightforward explanation and it is better to hear it from them.
Google shows a clean 5.0 from 23 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52. Twelve of those reviewers name the way the crew conducted itself — turning up, communicating, leaving the site tidy — which is a striking degree of agreement for a sample that size; four name the quality of the finished build. A Yelp listing adds two more reviews at 5.0. No complaint appears anywhere.
New pool construction, renovation and repair, with spas, water features, outdoor living work and ongoing service alongside. They publish very few project photographs, so ask to see a portfolio when you call (407) 926-0201 — with a record this clean, the gap is the gallery rather than the reviews.

The license dates from 2025, while their website has been running since 2018. Ask them directly how the two fit together — there is usually a simple answer, and it is a fair question to put to any builder.
