I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are many other companies with better pricing and significantly better customer service. If that’s how they approach acquiring new customers, I can only imagine the experience for existing customers. No thanks!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hive Outdoor Living from start to finish! Ben was incredible to work with during the design phase—he really listened to what we wanted and helped guide us through every decision, from the pool layout to the screen enclosure and outdoor kitchen materials. His knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process feel easy and exciting. Once construction began, Teddy and Charlie were outstanding project managers. They kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail was handled with care. It was obvious they take a lot of pride in their work, and it showed in the final result. The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor space. Honestly, The worst experience i ever had with this business. I would not recommend them.

Eric and Teddy were great to work with and while Hive is not the cheapest they definitely stand by their work. It is worth a little extra to get that piece of mind that a pool company will not abandon you after the initial 1st payment and always make sure your satisfied every step of the way. It is also worth it to take advantage of their skills to go above and beyond on all the work to make your pool and outdoor experience one of a kind. Teddy and Erik both were very responsive and always picked up calls and answered texts through the whole process and even after the job was done. They made sure we were happy at each step of the pool building process. Building a pool and patio is always an in depth experience but Hive goes above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible and leaves you with a beautiful outcome that we simply love. Having a resort style pool and patio is priceless for the family memories we will experience through the years!

I spoke with Todd Walden for about a day regarding a pool design. The following day, I let him know I decided to move forward with another company after comparing options. His response was unexpected and unprofessional and cursed me out after I mentioned I went with someone else, including profanity directed toward me. I understand contractors value their time, but homeowners also need to explore multiple quotes before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would recommend setting clear expectations upfront and maintaining professionalism regardless of the outcome.
