I had an excellent experience with MR Concrete. They completed a 20’ x 4’ driveway extension, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Maynor was the person I worked with, and he was fantastic. He was very responsive, came out quickly to provide an estimate, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the job. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MR Concrete. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects.

To be clear this company did not do service with me but did business with us. It started off great, but then that changed quickly. This is not a company I would do business with again because they get mad if things do not go their way all of the time. Be careful with making the decision to go with them. If they treated another business this way how will they treat others!?

I had my pool resurfaced by this company and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They were professional, friendly, and offered fair pricing. Communication was excellent from start to finish — I received regular updates and follow-ups throughout the job, even while I was away. Took 2 weeks of my time just to schedule a pool remodel quote. Was told owner was coming to quote. Instead, sent a guy out to measure, but knew nothing about the process and couldn’t answer any questions. He left. I waited several days for a quote. Nothing. I finally called owners mobile. He said he would work on it that evening. 2 more days elapsed- nothing. I tried calling several times, leaving voicemails requesting an update. 2 weeks later and they still haven’t called. I’d say if your time is worth absolutely nothing and you love garbage customer service, this is the company you need to do business with for sure.
