Rarely do you find a company whose service goes so far above and beyond; but Andy, Josh, and Brandon did just that. I needed a new pool liner, and Andy went over my options with no BS, no upcharging, no add ons. There were some minor issues with the installation, which were resolved well beyond my expectations. My new liner is perfect! I can not recommend them more highly. Thanks, guys!
We needed our pool repaired and remodeled but finding someone to do it was almost impossible. We come across Andy and everything turned around for us. His crew was awesome and the work impeccable. I needed him to come check a minor issue..my ocd kicking in...lol. He came when he said he would as did his crew. In the past with others I got a day and time but NoOne showed up nor called to re-schedule. Andy has his act together...THANK YOU ANDY AND CREW !!! Class act...The pool is looking unbelievably beautiful.
Andy is one of the rarest breeds of contractors you can ever find. He’s one of the true versions of a true craftsman, he’s not a sales person - he tells it like it is, gives reasonable pricing & explains the process thoroughly - he’s affordable in price, and comforting in spirit. I looked him up on the dbpr & found out he’s been licensed since 85’ - a true, original builder with wisdom & experience. He answers your questions to help, he gives you guidance. Thank you Andy for your years of dedication & thank you for being so polite & humble in your approach. I appreciate you!!
Spoke with Andy over a 10 minute long phone conversation regarding a repair that I desperately needed for my in-ground vinyl lined pool. I was willing to set up an appointment and pay this man for service, however, instead Andy explained what the problem was and went into detail about how he would and how I could go about fixing it. He was concerned for my problem and not about my money. In my world, like most other people's worlds, this speaks mountains about a company. With his guidance I was able to fix my issue myself. Honesty, Integrity, and quality customer care / service stood out. When I get around to having my pool replaced, I know without a doubt who I am going to hire. Not too many businesses out there who go that extra mile for people these days. So, for those reading reviews as often as I tend to do about this place or that place or for those who are seeking a trustworthy business and need unbias insight, I am a very open, a very honest, and very direct person (Critic) when it comes to the quality of a business and the practices in which define them. Pacific Pools (Andy) 10 of 10 stars! Thanks!
Recent had the liner replaced and Pacific Pools was about the only place in Orlando that got back to me. Andy’s honesty and professionalism made a huge difference from the moment I got a quote from him. Also the guys that came to do the work were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about what they do and answered many questions. I highly recommend them if you are pool owner and you have a vinyl liner. Great job! If needed I will certainly call them again.
Pacific Pools did the liner on my pool 11 years ago, just had them back to replace it. Andy was very friendly, knowledgeable and his crew did an excellent job. They went above and beyond and repaired a spot on my patio where the previous owner had removed the ladder. Great workmanship and my pool looks beautiful! I would recommend to anyone looking for pool liner replacement.
