The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Call later afternoon they came out the next day. David showed up very nice guy. Look at my job . He said he can do it now and he will try to save my check valve to save me money. I knew right then he was an honest guy. He did a great job very professional keep anything clean , when he left it looked like he was never there. Thanks for a great job and very reasonable price. They will be my go to pool company.
Hired them to come fix a pool leak and change a pool light … they came and didn’t fix the leak or even tell me what they did just sent me a large bill . I called and they said they would send someone to look at it again , no one showed after I took a morning off. I told the girl I would not pay the bill until they fixed the problem . They dropped me and would not come back . Very bad customer service . I would never hire them again or recommend them for anything. It’s to bad since they call themselves palm city pools and I’m in palm city. Very very unhappy
I have been using Bob from Palm City Pools for nearly 4 years now. Bob has a dedicated team that is very knowledgeable and responsive. Pricing is very fair as well. I feel that my home and Coquina Cove are in good hands with Palm City Pools as our swimming pool contractor. Sincerely, Jeff Gustafson
Used them for leak detection, charged $350 for the visit, said they fixed problem. NO impact on loss of water. The 2nd visit, again they said they found the problem, again NO impact on water loss. Call again and they said there would be a charge of $350 for them to come back. The 30 day warranty had expired. I asked how the warranty could expire when they had yet to find the leak problem. What ever they "fixed" on the two visits had no impact on the water loss, so I suggested that whatever they fixed, did NOT need to be done. No reasonable response. NOT the same company as a few years back. Have they become to big to care? BEWARE
We were referred to this company by two of our neighbours who had their pools resurfaced. We liked the product and Palm City Pool & Spa did a GREAT job. We followed their recommendations for a different surface treatment and it is perfect. The owners followed through with the ‘punch list’ with no questions. It is a local family business and I would recommend them highly.
If you want consistent quality pool service amd not just a spot of chemicals and a few whisk of the brush on the upper tile...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. its been a month since they cleaned the filters. Water is leaking from the gaskets round my pump and no one told me or offered to fix. But they keep hammering me for past due Bill's when I'm not getting the service offered wjen I hired them Bob the owner is a nice guy when available. His co owner wife .maureen on the other hand is not nice at all or even processional. There are other companies that do the job they arw hired to do This company sucks!!

Palm City Pool & Spa: a renovation and service company on the Treasure Coast, and what its review record shows. Only at FloridaPoolz.
Palm City Pool & Spa works out of Palm City in Martin County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1458159, current since August 2011 — fifteen years. Their domain dates to 2012. They describe themselves as family owned, which is not something any public record confirms either way.
Renovation, repair and servicing, spas and outdoor living work, with commercial pools alongside residential. New construction is not part of what they publish, which makes them a service and remodelling company rather than a builder — worth knowing before you approach them about a new pool. No separate area pages are published, so Palm City and the surrounding Treasure Coast is the working assumption.
3.8 from 21 Google reviews and 1.8 from five on Yelp, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. Both sit below the field. Twenty-six reviews between them is a small enough sample that it is a warning rather than a verdict — a score like this on two hundred reviews would settle the question, and this does not. Three customers praised professionalism; three separately raised build quality as a problem.
Build quality is the one theme that recurred, raised by three customers, and it is the thing to press on. Ask who does the surfacing and the tile work and whether they are employees or subcontractors, what the warranty covers on a resurfacing job and for how long, and to see two pools they resurfaced in the last year that you can inspect in person. Only one project photograph is published on their site, so there is very little to judge finished work by without asking.

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1458159 has been current since August 2011 and is current on the state register.
Not from what they publish. Renovation, repair, servicing, spas and outdoor living work are listed; new construction is not. Treat them as a remodelling and service company.
3.8 on Google from 21 reviews and 1.8 on Yelp from five, against a state average of 4.52. Below the field on both, though 26 reviews is a small sample — a warning to investigate rather than a settled verdict.
Build quality, raised by three separate customers. Three others praised professionalism, so the experiences are mixed rather than uniformly poor.
Very little. One project photograph is published on their site, so ask for addresses of recent resurfacing jobs you can inspect.
