The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
PoolSmith’s Renovations has been an absolute lifesaver or should we say pool saver. We had our pool built by a company that went out of business and left us with some issues and items needed to be completed. PoolSmith team came in and fixed everything for us. They were professional and did the work at a very fair price. Steven checked on us and patiently walked us through several items along the way. We cannot say enough good things about them. We would definitely recommend them to others and will use them for all our pool needs in the future.
I researched and interviewed 5 companies prior to selecting PoolSmith's, including a couple of well known longtime companies that have been in the business for 30+ yrs. What made me decide on PoolSmith's was the amount of knowledge Steve had about every aspect of the pool and his commitment to doing the job the correct way the first time. If we had gone with other companies, the job wouldn't have been done properly leading to spending more in the long run. We are really impressed with the quality of the job PoolSmith's did. Our pool came out AMAZING! The guys were professional and respectful of our property, hard workers and did excrllent work. I highly highly recommend PoolSmith's for any new builds or renos- the quality and workmanship is unmatched in my opinion.
Our pool is 16 years old and was in need of new tile and resurfacing. We also had a built in hot tub that I wanted to change into a sun shelf. After a lot of research, I narrowed it down to "the big company" and PoolSmith Renovations. It only took one meeting with Steven to know that I was going to go with PoolSmith Renovations. I knew from that meeting he would be involved in every detail, unlike most larger companies. When my pool was initially built, there was very little communication. They would say they would be there, but not show up. It was a very different experience with this remodel. Every step of the way Steven was available to answer any questions. He worked to make our vision of a sun shelf reality and the new tile and resurfacing look beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend PoolSmith Renovations to my friends and family. The work was done on schedule and it is perfect.
