⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Premier Pools – Highly Recommended I spent a lot of time researching and meeting with pool companies across Orlando, and Premier Pools clearly stood out as the best. Their approach, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me confidence from the start — and they absolutely delivered. As I’m UK-based and not present locally during construction, trust and reliability were essential. Premier Pools were excellent in this regard. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive throughout, making the project easy to manage remotely. The initial design was handled by Andres, who was fantastic — helping shape the vision, offering great recommendations, and making the design process enjoyable. Project management was led by Blaine and Hal, who are a real credit to the company. Both were professional, committed, and genuinely invested in delivering the best outcome. Blaine coordinated the project scheduling and was outstanding throughout. His attitude never dropped, and he went above and beyond to organise all work stages efficiently while meeting my timelines. Hal oversaw the on-site inspections and construction process, ensuring everything was managed properly and that any queries were addressed promptly. A special mention to Madison, Assistant Project Coordinator — always available, approachable, and ready to help. Following completion, Leslie coordinated the finalisation and punch-list stage, and her efficiency was excellent — clear communication, full ownership, and seamless coordination throughout. Wow! What really stood out was how connected the entire team felt. Everyone communicated well and was clearly aligned. I also dealt with Matt, the Operations Manager, who was equally professional and efficient. If you’re researching pool companies in Orlando, there’s no need to look any further — I’ve done the hard work. Premier Pools are the real deal.
Our experience with Premier Pools has been wonderful from start to finish. To say that Matt was extremely patient with me throughout the design process is an understatement. He assisted with several design changes (and there were countless changes!) until we landed on the perfect pool for our family. He was never bothered by the revisions and genuinely wanted us to end up with a pool that fit our needs perfectly. Matt was also very realistic when walking us through which features we truly needed versus what we didn’t, which helped tremendously with the many detailed decisions along the way. He has continued to support the project throughout the entire installation process, and I highly recommend working with him if you are considering a pool. Hal has been wonderful to work with during the installation. He is always available, answers my calls and questions, and takes the time to walk me through the project onsite. Blaine has also been extremely helpful, keeping me informed at every step of the process and clearly explaining what is coming next. Every individual who has worked on our pool has been fantastic. Premier’s tile installers are extremely detail-oriented and always checked in with me to make sure that everything was being installed how I wanted it. The contractors for the deck, turf, and all other aspects of the project have worked seamlessly together. The communication, professionalism, and attention to detail from the entire Premier Pools team made this experience smooth and enjoyable. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend Premier Pools.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Premier Pools of Central Florida on a project, and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, the construction phase of the project was impressively short. I was amazed at how quickly the team was able to complete the installation of the pool, without sacrificing any of the quality of their work. It was evident that they were experienced and knowledgeable in their field, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done right. Additionally, the communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. The team kept me updated at every stage of the project, ensuring that I was always in the loop and aware of what was happening. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and were patient and understanding when explaining complex concepts to me. Finally, the pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the project was, given the high level of quality and exceptional service that I received. There were no hidden fees or surprise costs, and the team was transparent and upfront about everything. Overall, I would highly recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking to build a pool. They are professional, skilled, communicative, and offer great pricing. I am extremely satisfied with the final result and am grateful for their hard work and dedication to their craft.
Exceptional Pool Builder – A Seamless Experience from Start to Finish! From the very first interaction to well beyond project completion, Premier Pools of Central Florida has exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire process—quoting, design, permitting, construction, and final touches—was handled with the utmost professionalism and transparency. Their communication was outstanding, keeping us informed at every stage and promptly addressing any concerns we had. They were also incredibly accommodating with change requests, ensuring that our vision came to life exactly as we had imagined. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the build, resulting in a stunning pool that we absolutely love. What truly sets Premier Pools of Central Florida apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction, even years after the project is completed. When our pool deck suffered hurricane damage two years after installation, they stepped in to help with repairs, demonstrating their dedication to long-term service and support. Their warranty support has also been seamless and reliable. If you’re looking for a pool builder that is professional, communicative, and genuinely cares about their customers, look no further than Premier Pools of Central Florida. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project!
If someone asked me who designed my pool, I’d embarrassingly say Premier Pools. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. This was a $75,000 project where nobody paid any attention to detail. We didn’t see the job supervisor very often. When we did however, he smelled as though he’d had a couple beers in his truck just before stopping by. This should have been a red flag for me at the beginning. Before deciding on Premier Pool as your designer, consider all of these issues that I’ve had to go through: - After the pool was completed and filled, days went by and our brand new pool was starting to turn green. I had to call Premier several times to get them to come out and get everything up and running. - In its entirety, the pool has had to be completely drained and re-filled four times because of issues; then another half drained to replace the light that stopped working at less than a year. - The first time we turned on the heater for the spa, we had a small explosion that burned my husband’s arm. - The tile on the back side of the pool, which is a noticeable 18 inches high, was put on incorrectly. After going back and forth with the company they did end up replacing it. Since it took six months for them to actually do this, the tile was not the same. It’s a lighter blue on one side and darker blue on the other. The owner refused to fix this. - The slopes on each side of the pool for rain run-off are very noticeably crooked. We later learned from other contractors that it should have been sloped toward the back, not the sides. An experienced company would have known to do this. When we addressed this with the owner, I was told it’s within “construction’s standards.” This may be, but other contractors are setting much higher standards. - The bright white waterfalls looked terrible after completion. I was told I would have to paint them myself to have them blend in. Seriously? - We have four rain decent waterfalls that do not spill correctly. On top of them not spilling correctly, I would not have added this feature if I’d been informed of how unbelievably loud they would be. You cannot even have a conversation over them. - To put another expense on us, they did not seal the black coping around the pool. This is something that should have been done upon completion. Yet again, another lack of attention to detail. - All of the leaks caused the chemicals to imbalance, therefore the pool was getting discolored. They put an acid wash in it and said it should be in there for two days. We were forgotten about and after numerous unanswered calls they finally came out a week later. The interior of our pool was completely ruined. The owner did come out and agreed to replace the interior but would not address the sloping and mismatched tile which could have easily been fixed during the time the pool was empty. - One of the pop up caretaker systems (the things at the bottom of the pool that clean it) was completely cemented over. That resulted in another instance of draining the pool to fix it, something we were used to at that point. - We wanted a beautiful fireplace on the end of the pool, but all we got was poor craftsmanship on the flagstone and a brick-like exterior that is intended for indoors. All of the issues that should have been taken care of under the integrity of the company who put in the pool. Save yourself a lot of headaches and research other companies.
Sadly, our experience with Premier Pools does not match what the majority of those reviews say. We align, for the most part with the low feedback ones. Andres did a superb job presenting this company to us and raised our expectation, but the end result did not come close to what we expected. The same words used by others as main issues also describe our own frustration level with Premier – lack of communication, caring and attention to details. When we incur delays, there’s no explanation for it. Work generally restarts when we ask why there is no activity. We felt like we were being a nuisance but this was not free work. We seriously felt that if we didn’t call, Premier Pools would extend the schedule to their convenience without regards to our needs. Andres’ involvement with our pool construction ended after signing the contract and we feel everything went down the drain. We feel strongly that this is not his failure, but rather everyone else entrusted with completing this project. There’s not one thing with this project that we feel happened on time, if at all – Pool School, determined to be an important step in your presentation and literature, did not occur until after the 30-day pool startup period. We found out that it should have been done before the pool startup period – someone messed up. We incurred delays for a number of different reasons, some of which could have been avoided: 1. The screen company was our biggest problem – their inability to obtain inspection approval on 3 separate occasions introduced at least a 5-week delay in our project which cascaded into other issues such as the inability to obtain final inspection in a timely manner. 2. When the site manager took a week of vacation, nothing was done in his absence – he has no backup and we were not told why no one was working on the project. 3. When the project manager took a few days off for vacation, again nothing was done in his absence. 4. Our site manager moved to another construction and we didn’t even have a final walk-thru yet, so we had to rush through it when his attention clearly was on this other project. No one from Premier Pools was assigned to oversee the remediation work from the contractors – I had to do it, but that is what we hired a pool company for. Those items emphasized a seemingly total lack of communication or caring on the part of Premier Pools. A lot of the angst we felt could have been avoided. Thankfully, the pool is finished, but we were fearful the whole time we might be left holding the bag with an unfinished pool (we’ve seen the news reports often enough). Due to aggressive payment requests from Premier, we paid 98% of the pool cost at one point for less than 60% of the work completed at the time – this did not feel good. We did our research and are totally baffled why our experience wasn’t much better. If we had to do it all over, we definitely would select another builder and we certainly would not recommend Premier Pools to anyone we know. Our goal is not to bash this company, but their sign in our neighborhood has not helped the company because it was there for such a long time that it created a negative image for the brand. In fact, we had to take it down ourselves after final building inspection. I wish I could rate this higher, but I can't honestly do this at this time.
