Servco Pools were incredible to work with. From the first day we met with Steve until we were swimming in our new pool, the process was flawless. Steve had a vision that went way beyond what we thought we wanted and was able to give us way more than we thought we could afford, for less than a basic pool from 3 other contractors we had met with. When I say less, I mean over 40k less! Steve provided us with multiple 3d renderings until we finally chose what we wanted. Within 7 days our new pool was in the ground. Twenty days later, our tile and coping was installed. And 40 days after that, our entire project was completed, even some additions we asked for last minute. Steve’s entire crew were always professional and quickly answered any questions we had. During our project, Steve had strict expectations for quality control and his team never diverted from that. If it wasn’t to his standard, he didn’t hesitate to stop everything until it was. Steve’s lead man Drew would even work into the night, the weekend, and sometimes in the rain to keep us on schedule. His team was top notch and we are thrilled with the final outcome. I thought I knew what I wanted until Steve showed me I could have way more for a fair price. Other companies wanted a small fortune for small add ons and features, making everything else but a basic pool unaffordable. Steve gave us a pool we thought was out of reach. If you’re thinking about building a pool, Servco is the only company you should hire. If you think you can’t afford it, call Servco. If you don’t know what you want and need help envisioning it, call Servco. If you want a fair price, a beautiful pool, a smooth process, and a team of professionals each step along the way, CALL SERVCO!
ServCo is the business I should have used to begin with. Four years ago I had another company put in a new vinyl pool liner. The pool liner kept coming undone. They pulled it back up several times “within the warranty period” then came the invoices. The most recent was going to be over $2000 to pull the pool liner back up. So I called around and got estimates from other guys ranging from $450 up to $900. ServCo sent Tristan out to take a look. I loved his confidence and his expertise. I loved the fact that he communicates and does EXACTLY what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. Nobody mentioned the fact that installer NEVER put in liner lock. Why???? The last installer put in little pieces of liner lock making it look cheap and incomplete. While my pool liner was coming down at one point it ripped. The original installer chose to do nothing. NOTHING …. Except give me an attitude on the phone. Tristan put in liner lock making the job look much better. The liner didn’t fall off when the water went back in. Imagine that… the other guys are crooks! ServCo is TOP NOTCH!!! I hate bad mouthing businesses. So, just don’t waste your time with anyone else. ServCo is the best. They are honest and like I said, they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Thank you ServCo and Tristan!!
Review by: Chief Backyard Inspector (Dog) “Listen. I don’t give five stars lightly. I once gave the vacuum one star and barked at it for three years. But Servco? Five stars. No notes. Would supervise again. From the moment the crew showed up, I knew this was serious business. Not only because there were trucks (love trucks), but because of Steve - big guy in charge. Big energy. Big voice. Big standards. Honestly, I respect it. He runs a tight pack. You can tell he expects perfection… which explains why my pool and living area is now basically a luxury dog spa. The workers? Absolute legends. Gave me pats. Called me “buddy.” Did not complain when I inspected every single hole they dug. 10/10 team morale. Now let’s talk about the finished product: The pool? Exquisite tiling and grouting. Expert selection and design of tanning ledge, steps, and workout features (?!) for my short human mother. The custom colored lighting fountains? Mesmerizing. I bark at them daily just to keep them in line. The travertine deck? Cool on the paws. Elegant. Makes my zoomies feel upscale. The fire pit? Haven’t figured it out yet, but I sit near it like a wise elder. The aesthetic walls and steps to account for ground level? Perfect for dramatic staring into the distance And the whole outdoor living setup? Incredible. My humans think it’s for them, but we all know this is my kingdom now. Conclusion: If you want a backyard that makes your dog question whether they’ve been promoted to royalty, hire Servco.”

Learn everything about ServCo Pools of Tallahassee — their reviews, two Florida licenses, and what they build! FloridaPoolz.
ServCo Pools works from Oak Hill Trail in Tallahassee, Leon County, on two current Florida pool contractor licenses — CPC1458311 since December 2012 and CPC1460419 since October 2023. Their domain dates from 2018. They build new pools and handle renovation, repair, screen enclosures, spas and outdoor living. Only 5 photographs are published, which is very few for a firm with a record this size.
Google has them at 4.9 from 103 reviews. Against the Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory that is close to four tenths above the middle — and a score that high on a hundred-review record is one of the strongest positions anywhere on this list. Nothing on the record reads as a complaint.
The praise is spread across five separate things, which is what makes it convincing rather than merely warm: seven reviewers name their professionalism, six the quality of the build, three their communication, three the help they gave with the design and three that the job kept to schedule. Different customers valuing different things and all coming away satisfied is much harder to produce than a high average.
The fullest account runs from the first meeting through to swimming, and names the person who ran it throughout.
New pool construction, renovation, repair, screen enclosures, spas and hot tubs, and outdoor living, from Tallahassee across the eastern panhandle. They keep no separate town pages, so Leon County and its neighbours is what their own record supports.
Ask for photographs — five is not a portfolio for a firm with 103 reviews, and the work plainly exists. Ask which of the two licenses covers your job. Ask for a pool finished five or more years ago; the older license runs from 2012, so that reference exists and it is the one thing a hundred recent reviews cannot tell you. Then the ordinary protections: scope and exclusions in writing, payments tied to inspected stages, a completion date, and the insurance certificate.

Two current licenses: CPC1458311 since December 2012 and CPC1460419 since October 2023. Ask which covers your job, and ask for the insurance certificate separately.
4.9 from 103 Google reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory. Close to four tenths above the middle on a hundred-review record, which is among the strongest positions on this list.
Five separate things: seven name their professionalism, six the quality of the build, three their communication, three the design help and three that the job kept to schedule. That spread is harder to achieve than a high average.
Only 5 are published, which is very thin against 103 reviews. It says nothing about the work — ask them for a proper gallery before you decide.
A pool finished five or more years ago. Their older license runs from 2012, so it exists, and how the work ages is the one thing a hundred recent reviews cannot tell you.
