So we thought our In ground pool was compromised and found out it was put in by Signature pools 7 years ago. I called explained brown stains and to please call. The very next day I received a call they were eager to help and find out what this could be. Well it had nothing to do with their installation but was fault of pool maintenance contractor. We love our pool it looks like it was installed yesterday. To see even 7 years later how professional and how much time they gave me is impressive and how concerned they were. If you need a pool installed I suggest you call Signature Pools! Customer service like this is so rarely seen.
ONLY place you should go for anything pool related. They also have an aging gentleman who does weekly pool maintenance at a very reasonable price, and he's the best. The staff at the store is AMAZING
At first I thought this would be a good company because they replied to calls and emails in the first week - whereas most pool compnies never get back to you timely. After that, Maureen (in the accounting dept) was replying to my emails but NEVER answering my questions. I emailed numerous times and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. I had asked first for the pool techs name and number to give to our tenants - was told originally that Brad the tech would call me with it - well he never did - I was also calling to discuss several repairs we needed done immediately and also to confirm they sent a check to the tenants to pay them for the water bill for the pool water being left on for over 24 hours since the tenants were not home. When I did finally call and get Maureen on the phone to discuss the fact the the pool tech left the water on and flooded the yard and STILL needed answers on some pool repairs - she was rude and said I sent your email to ZACH the owners son. I informed her - he has not replied or called me and since I sent them to her my expectation would be for her to follow up with ZACH. She kept repeating I sent them to him and it's his responsibility to call me back. She was not going to follow up with him. She was like a robot kept repeating herself. She also said it was in appropriate for our tenant to call here and demand answers and money on the pool being left on by the tech. She also said they NEVER give out their techs number - so I can never talk to him directly - (hmm wonder why?) All I wanted was to get answers on what the repairs were going to cost and when they cold be done, how they were handling the flooding of our yard and the water bill for the tenant and get the phone number of the tech in case I had questions he could answer about our pool since we don't live at the house. It was beyond me why Maureen couldn't just follow up with Zach and get back to me. Also, if they wanted me to email Zach - then just give me his email address - it was like a big secret. Maureen was nasty on the phone and I kept telling her it was her responsibility as an employee of a company and receiving emails to at least reply with an answer of at least - "I forwarded your email on to Zach and he will follow up" - this way I could have called and asked for him and hoped for a reply. Zach calls the next day and leaves a message that their doing our pool was not going to work out and they will not be coming out any longer. I was fine with that since I was already looking for a new company - Maureen was just nasty. I did however ask Zach to finish out the month so I could get someone in thenext day or two. He did not care - his response was we are a family owned business and Maureen is upset. Well I can tell you I was upset after talking to her - Nasty and very, very, poor customer service from her and I would add Zach in that. When you have a family owned business of course family is always right and the customer is NOT! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Signature Pools, inc of Orlando, Fl treated our family extremely horrible! On 1-27-14, we called Signature Pools, inc and spoke with Zach. We emailed him our pool design ideas and he called back and stated he was too busy to work with us so he passed us on to John Salzer. We resent our designs to him. John called after reviewing them and we spoke regarding our design, budget, and how we were definitely open to any and all suggestions for a family pool to be within our cash budget. John proceeded to be extremely rude, disrespectful and degrading to us and claimed he would not be our pool builder and had not one ounce of willingness to build a $45,000-$50,000 pool for us. He stated that he can pick and choose who he wants to work with because he has a lot of years in the pool business and he doesn't need our money. We have never been so embarrassed humiliated by a company in our lives. Our only desired resolution is that we only want other customers to know that Signature Pools, inc of Orlando, Fl is a company that doesn't need your business and will ultimately treat you like it as well.
