The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I am writing this review to share my experiences and thoughts on our pool construction and installation process. 1. **Communication and Office Interaction**: I found the communication with the office to be disappointing, to the point where I believe there may be a language barrier. The overall interaction could be improved. When conducting business, it’s important to create a friendly atmosphere. It's essential to address clients by their names, be polite, and offer sincere apologies when necessary. That said, Mauricio did an excellent job of communicating by answering questions and clarifying doubts. 2. **Attention to Detail**: I recommend focusing on attention to detail when installing a rectangular pool. It’s crucial to ensure that the edges are straight, as fixing them later often leads to unsatisfactory results. There are techniques available to keep the pool aligned before the deck installation. 3. **Installation Time**: The total construction and installation process typically takes around 4 to 5 months, depending on the permit approval and weather conditions. While the initial installation may only take a few days, the finishing touches often progress slowly, as workers may only show up one or two days a week. 4. **The Workers**: The workers are undoubtedly the most valuable asset of this company. They are hardworking and knowledgeable, which greatly contributes to the construction process. Overall, my experience was positive, despite the areas I mentioned. I recommend that potential clients address these points in advance to ensure a smoother experience.
After hearing about the negative experiences many people had when installing a pool, my husband and I were initially apprehensive about starting the project. However, after consulting with Mauricio from Sunny Pools, all of our fears were put to rest. He took the time to meet with us multiple times, thoroughly explaining each step of the process, providing a clear timeline for completion, and answering all of our questions with professionalism and competence. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Sunny Pools. Mauricio, Rosana, and the entire team kept us informed at every stage of the project, which built a strong sense of trust between us and the company. I cannot stress enough how Rosana ensured that we were informed of every step of the installation process. True to their word, they completed the project within the three-month timeframe specified in the contract. We highly recommend Sunny Pools and give them 5 stars for their exceptional service and commitment to quality.
Once my wife and I decided we wanted to build a pool in our backyard, our next step was finding a reputable company. We found that several people in our community had used Sunny Pools and were extremely satisfied with them so we setup an appointment. Mauricio showed up right on time and listened to what we wanted. We thought we had a 22’ by 40’ area to work with but Mauricio informed us that we only had 12’x40’ because of a 10 foot setback. He assured us that he had worked with smaller spaces before and would draw up a plan for us to look at. The plan called for moving the ac condenser unit to the corner and building an 8’ x 16’ plunge pool with decking and an enclosed area. We loved the idea. Lake County and our HOA took approximately 6 weeks to approve the plans and from there on it was Sunny Pool all the way. Their subcontractors were incredible and the communication level between us and Sunny Pools was phenomenal. Rosanna from their office, through constant emails, kept us informed on every single scheduled step along the way. Mauricio and Vini were constantly on-site to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. They handled our concerns and requested slight changes in a professional and satisfactory manner. Once everything was finished, they made sure we totally understood how to set the filter/heater system to our liking. We would totally recommend Sunny Pools if you’re contemplating building a pool.

Sunny Pools USA of Orlando: license CPC1460135 since 2023, 4.8 on Google from 44 reviews against a 4.52 state average, four praise themes clearing the floor.
Sunny Pools USA works out of Orlando, from Kingspointe Parkway in Orange County. The domain dates from September 2023. Three years of licensed building is a short record; the volume and shape of the feedback behind it is what makes this profile worth reading.
Three service lines are stated: new pool construction, weekly service, and spas and hot tubs. That is a narrow range and their site is brief about it — a licensed builder with a thin website rather than a thin company, going by the reviews. Three finished projects are on show, which is not many; ask to see more before you decide, because the photographs are the one thing the site is short of and the reviewers are not short of praise for the work.
Orlando is the base and the licensed address is on Kingspointe Parkway there, in Orange County. They publish no pages for individual towns, so their range is a question to ask rather than something the site answers — greater Orlando, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and Orange County are the reasonable assumption. One local number and one email address are published, and the office keeps weekday hours, 8am until 4:30pm, closed at weekends.
Forty-four people have reviewed them on Google and the average sits at 4.8 — 0.28 above the 4.52 Florida average, on a count solid enough to carry weight. Forty-four reviews in three years of licensed trading is a healthy rate of completed work. Four themes clear the reporting floor, which is more than most companies here manage: ten reviewers name the crew's professionalism, four the workmanship, three the timekeeping and three the communication. Communication and timekeeping appearing at all is the useful part — a crew that goes quiet and a date that slips are the two standard complaints about this trade, and their customers raise both as strengths. Nothing negative recurred: no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers across all forty-four.

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1460135 is on record in the company's name and shows current, held since January 2023. The license covers construction; insurance is separate and no public register shows it, so ask for a certificate.
Good, and well-rounded. They sit at 4.8 from 44 Google reviews, 0.28 above the 4.52 Florida average. Ten reviewers name the crew's professionalism, four the workmanship, three the timekeeping and three the communication — four themes clearing the floor — and no complaint theme reached even two separate customers.
Only three photographs, which is the clear gap. Given how much their customers praise the work, ask to visit a finished pool or for a proper set of pictures before deciding — the website is doing them fewer favours than the reviews are.
The license dates from January 2023 and the domain from that September, so about three years. Forty-four reviews in that time is a lot of completed work. Ask to see the oldest pool they have built.
