Their Florida contractor license, CPC1460007, was issued in September 2022 and is current, though the business behind it is older: their site was archived as far back as 2004 and the domain dates from 2010, so around twenty years of trading under the name. A license newer than the business is ordinary and has innocent explanations; ask them about the years. Their claim to be state certified is accurate, that being exactly what the license is. They also describe themselves as family owned and number one — the first is their own account, the second is not a position anyone holds on the record.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, ongoing pool service, spas and hot tubs, water features, and commercial pools alongside residential. Six lines, and the commercial side looks real rather than nominal — one of the pages on their site is named after a resort development, which is the kind of client a purely residential builder does not have. They publish a full set of twenty-four project photographs, the most useful part of the site by a distance, because the rest of it has not changed since 2017. They keep Saturday hours to six in the evening as well as weekdays, which is unusually accessible.

They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — greater Orlando is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone.
