They describe themselves as family owned and as award-winning; both are their own account, and unlike several firms here the award claim has no published record behind it that we could find, so treat it as a claim rather than a fact. They keep weekday hours and are closed at weekends, and publish no email address, so the phone is the way in.

They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Park, Maitland, Casselberry and the northern side of the Orlando metro is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. The most recent activity on their site shows in late 2024, so confirm by phone that they are currently taking work rather than assuming it.

What the record shows

Two ratings cannot judge a company that has held a license since 1997, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — no theme reaches our reporting floor and nothing here is a pattern. But of those two reviews, one carries text, and it happens to be the single most useful sentence a builder can have written about them. The customer says the service was excellent even eight years after the pool was built. Eight years. So the assessment has to come from the conversation. Ask for the addresses of three pools finished in the last two years and go and look at them. Ask what the award actually was and who gave it. And ask for the warranty in writing — a firm making a point of long-term service should have no difficulty putting it on paper.
