In July 2023 we bought a house, and True Blue Pools had already been recommended to us. We were extremely happy with the design. We also hired them to handle the maintenance of our saltwater pool. Both their equipment and their team are of excellent quality and always very punctual.

If you go with them, make sure you read everything in detail to what they send you. They are very communicative and pretty prompt on their replies, have to give them that. We started the process in December and it started with a leak detection that they said needed to be done. I agreed since every couple of months i would have to add about two inches of water to the pool. According to the test i had a leak at the skimmer, so it had to be removed and replaced and a new line would be put in, so we now almost double the original quote. Reluctantly i agreed, so they proceeded to empty the pool, drill out the old skimmer and replaced it and replace the old pool light (i also have a spa btw). We also agree to replace the tile in the front of the spa/waterfall. all seemed to go well until they said they were done and to fill the pool. Filled the pool and the spa and once it was full it emptied within 72 hours something that obviously had never happened before. Told to fill the pool once more and they leak team came back in to check and found that the skimmer had a leak and now the spa little was also to blame. They came and fixed the issue with the skimmer and and replaced the spa light, which i thought was part of the "replace the lights", which it wasn't (that is why i said at the beginning read everything very carefully, don't assume anything". filled the pool once again as well as the spa, spa went down, now they indicated that it was a n existing problem with the tiles around the spa light (mind you i have never had a leak problem until now). So i approved them removing the accent tile around the inside of the spa, and that fixed the existing problem that i had with the pool. So now we are talking two and a half pool fills imagine the water bill. Now we are done and they will take are of the chemical treatment for the fist month, and i am supposed to take care of brushing the pool (should have read the fine print) i have a service and do not own a pool brush. But they would graciously provide me one for the great price of around $140. I said no and then they said they would brush the pool as this would make the Diamond Bright come out together with the chemicals, and this would take between 30 and 40 days. They came a couple of times to brush so i am not convinced is was so important. They did offer to become my pool service but i already have one and based on what i had received so far it was a definite NO!! When i complained one of the responses was "did we ever give any guarantee about the exactly how the pool world look once completed", well other than the color of the Diamond Bright, no! But that is all i wanted the color i selected. Here i am 60+ days into this and the Diamond Bright is still not what i picked even though they will say it looks blue, not only that there are white spots and some white streaks in the pool. And to top it off i add water every 2 to 3 weeks (an inch or two). The only bright spot with them is they do reply and stay in contact vey well. But that is about it. Btw way with credit and all for the pool filling, the bill came in at $400+ from my normal $80, expected when you have to fill the pool up that many time. Like i said, if you go with them, please make sure to explain everything you want exactly to a t, and the make sure you read everything they send you , to avoid surprises.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend True Blue Pools! We initially had our pool built by another company, and unfortunately, they offered no guidance or support once the project was completed. We were left on our own with no idea how to maintain or care for our new pool. That’s when we reached out to True Blue Pools, and it was the best decision we made. Belkys was incredibly helpful from the start. She stepped in where the other company failed and took the time to teach us everything we needed to know about pool maintenance and care. We learned more from her in a short time than we ever did from the original builder. True Blue Pools also completed our pool deck, and the results were absolutely beautiful. Everyone who visits our home compliments the deck and asks who did the work. Belkys showed us a 3D animation of the design beforehand, which really helped us visualize the final product—and it turned out just as stunning as promised. We’re extremely happy with both the service and the results. If you're considering any pool work, we highly recommend True Blue Pools!

Ever since Alain left it has been back to back issues when coming out to clean the pool. They claim they serviced the pool but it remains looking this way. We have been calling because they set up an appointment for 7:30 this morning and no one answers. Hope that they can hire the proper staff.

To the Management Team, ​I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent pool renovation and equipment installation completed at my residence. While my initial experience with the sales representative, Alyce, was positive, the subsequent execution and lack of communication have been unacceptable. ​I would like to bring the following critical issues to your immediate attention: ​Property Damage & Negligence: On the day of plastering, your plumber severed the pipe to the pool pump without notification. Consequently, as I filled the pool per your instructions, a significant amount of water was lost through the cut lines. ​Emergency Response Failure: Despite the active leak, I was unable to reach anyone via your emergency or AI phone services. It took 24 hours to receive a return call, during which time the situation remained unaddressed. ​Contractual Breach: The old pool and spa heater remain on my property, despite the contract explicitly stating that the team would remove the old unit upon replacement. ​System Failure: My recent attempt to use the new Pentair system revealed that the pool heater will not ignite and the salt chlorinator was never connected. Furthermore, my scheduled meeting to review the system programming was canceled by your team and has not been rescheduled. ​I have attempted to reach your office for over five hours today with no response. I am requesting that a supervisor contact me by the end of the next business day to schedule a technician to complete the installation and remove the old equipment.
