Sean and his team did a fantastic job resurfacing our pool and pool deck this year. Very professional, great communication and all around great job! From picking out new tiles, new colors and deck options, they made it easy and enjoyable. We consider them friends now. ❤ Sorry I don't have any pictures of our pool that do it justice. Just check their website for great representations of their work. You won't be disappointed!

This company is currently using a photo of our outdoor kitchen in their advertising, including their website and flyers, despite having no involvement in the design or build. We previously used them only for pool cleaning services. Posting this so others can accurately evaluate the work being represented.

We have a good-size older pool w/ multiple water features that need a lot of attention - and these guys continue to take good care of it. Daniel, Fabian, Nick and Kevin are professional, reliable and care about keeping our pool working and looking its best. Sean is an integral and hands-on owner, who follows-up on the service calls and genuinely wants to make sure we’re happy. Their excellent service is a great value. The prior pool service company was higher, and no-where-near as good as Sea Breeze’s service. We’ve come to trust Sea Breeze’s service, and appreciate our business relationship with them.

We have been trying to contact this office since 10:00 AM on 12/12/25 with no returned phone calls or emails. Yesterday, the pool technician, Terry, damaged our pool system, and since then Seabreeze Pools has gone completely silent. This lack of response after causing damage is extremely concerning. When a company breaks something and then avoids all communication, it raises serious questions about accountability, professionalism, and integrity. At this point, we are left with a broken pool system and no guidance, resolution, or acknowledgment from the company. The absence of customer service in a situation like this is unacceptable and stressful. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely communication or ownership. Based on our experience, be very cautious before trusting this company with your home or property. Sean Flanagan, I understand that you & your team was attending a funeral, and I did not expect a response from anyone during that time. That is not the issue. The issue is the repeated lack of responsiveness and transparency surrounding an incident caused by your service technician. The technician damaged our pool equipment and failed to disclose it in the weekly service report. Additionally, your office did not proactively contact us on Thursday when this occurred. That omission feels deceptive and unacceptable. We have been loyal customers for over two years and have referred others to your company. Unfortunately, this situation reflects a significant lapse in integrity. If we did not have cameras, we would not have known what happened. This is especially concerning given that during our very first month of service, another technician damaged our filter. Despite that, we extended grace and continued doing business with your company. Today, when we discovered that our pool equipment was damaged and the pool was not functioning, we reviewed our cameras and clearly saw your technician causing the damage. While he did eventually call later today to admit fault and apologize, we were told he could not fix the issue without approval and that the repair would be delayed until Monday. As a professional pool company, I fully expected this to be addressed immediately. Instead, your company once again failed in responsiveness and chose to delay correcting a problem caused by your own technician. This is deeply disappointing and does not align with the level of service or accountability we expect.

UPDATE: had a small issue with installation of the new pump, but Sean and Ben came out twice until it was fixed to my satisfaction! Great job as always guys! Fast response to my initial inquiry and then quick to get me on the schedule for pool pump burn out, and replacement. Always transparent with possible cost, with best and worst case pricing based on what issues where found. Great job! Ben came out after install and tweaked the unit to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Another GREAT install by Seabreeze Pools. We needed our bowls replaced (American Pool and SPA bowls are JUNK and would not provide a quote to replace stay away from American Pool & SPA). We are so glad we found Sea Breaze. This company is everything we as consumers are looking for Respectful, Quality Work, Great Prices but most of all they show up and on TIME! Sean planned the project and Kevin did the install. We have 1 more planned upgrade we are planning for at the end of the year and Seabreeze will be part of that installation. As always Great Job Team Sea Breeze.

About Sea Breeze Pools LLC

Sea Breeze Pools: license CPC1458618, 4.5 on Google from 149 reviews, and what customers said went wrong.

Who they are

Sea Breeze Pools holds Florida pool contractor license CPC1458618, current and in good standing on the state register. They resurface, service, repair, renovate and build, and their own headline leads with resurfacing and service rather than new construction.

What the reviews say

Google has them at 4.5 from 149 reviews — one of the largest records on this directory, and within two hundredths of the Florida average of 4.52 across 346 builders. A firm doing this much service work accumulates reviews faster than a new-build specialist, and the number is dependable at that volume. Six reviewers name their professionalism, and the fullest positive account describes an older pool with several water features kept in good order over a long period.

Two accounts are worth reading before you commit. One customer describes trying to reach the office across a full day with no reply to calls or emails, after a technician had damaged their pool system. The other makes a specific and unusual allegation: that a photograph of their own outdoor kitchen is being used in the company's advertising, on the website and on flyers, by a firm with no involvement in designing or building it.

We cannot check from outside who took a photograph, and we are not repeating the claim as fact. It is on their public record, it is specific, and if you are choosing a builder on the strength of their gallery it is the sort of thing you would want to ask about.

Where they work

They publish pages for Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Windermere, Apopka, Longwood, Lake Mary, Mount Dora, Oakland and Sorrento — the northern and western side of the Orlando metro. Those pages are one template with the town changed rather than ten pieces of local writing, so read the list as coverage. Only 4 photographs were published on the site at the time of writing.

Before you sign

Ask which pools in the gallery are theirs and when they were built, and ask for the addresses. That is ordinary due diligence anywhere, and on this record there is a specific reason to do it. Get a named contact and a response-time commitment in writing, since the other complaint is about a day of unanswered calls with a damaged system waiting. For service work, agree what happens if a technician damages equipment — who assesses it and who pays — before anyone visits. The license is real and has run since 2005; ask separately for the insurance certificate.

Questions homeowners ask

How does their rating compare with other Florida builders?

4.5 from 149 Google reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory — within two hundredths of the middle, on one of the largest review records here.

What do the critical reviews say?

One customer describes a full day of unanswered calls and emails after a technician damaged their pool system. Another alleges that a photograph of their own outdoor kitchen appears in the company's website and flyers although the company had no part in designing or building it. That second claim cannot be checked from outside and is not repeated here as fact — but it is specific, and it is a fair thing to ask about.

What do they do?

Pool resurfacing, servicing, repair, renovation and new construction, with the emphasis on the first three. Only 4 photographs were published on their site at the time of writing.

Which areas do they cover?

Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Windermere, Apopka, Longwood, Lake Mary, Mount Dora, Oakland and Sorrento — the north and west of the Orlando metro. Those pages share one template, so treat the list as coverage rather than local branches.
