I rarely write reviews, and if I do usually because of something negative but in this case, quite opposite and had to share. We just had our pool resurfaced by Atlantis and are really happy with how everything went. Al was great to work with, very communicative and quick to respond to questions from start to finish. He showed up when he said he would, gave us clear options with no high-pressure sales, and worked with the dates we wanted to start. He kept us updated daily, finished within the timeframe he estimated, and let us know right away when one day had to be pushed due to weather. We had the pool fully chipped out, re-tiled, and plastered, and it looks beautiful. All of the crews were polite and professional. We were honestly pretty skeptical going in based on what we’d heard about the industry, but Atlantis delivered exactly as promised. We even had a small ladder issue at the end that was handled quickly and without hassle. Highly recommend Al and Atlantis to do your pool!

2 years ago they resurface my pool. It came out horrible it's not properly plastered. On one side it looks like it's bleeding white. He hires unprofessional people to do with the job.

We recently had our pool resurfaced along with a full re-tile of the waterline and decorative tile and the addition of a pool heater. From the beginning through "turn-on" and even after, Al (owner/operator), was great to work with. He communicated with us in detail through the whole process. He came with 24-hours to do our initial quote and provided a competitive quote on the spot. He was able to get the work started within a week with it completed within 2 weeks from the start. His subcontractors teams were all quick and efficient. Al was quick to answer all our questions even after the work was completed and even came out after to ensure everything was as we expected. I would easily recommend Atlantis Pool Service to anyone looking for pool renovations!

Exceptional Work and Even Better Service! We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Atlantis Pools! They completely transformed our pool — resurfacing it with gorgeous glass tiles, upgrading our filter and heater, and refreshing our pool deck — and the results are absolutely stunning. Our backyard now looks like a luxury resort! What truly sets this company apart is their outstanding customer service. They answer the phone immediately or get back to you right away — no waiting or chasing anyone down. Even more impressive, they went above and beyond to help us adjust and troubleshoot a pump installed by another company, taking the time to communicate clearly and make sure everything was working perfectly — even though it wasn’t their equipment! Every member of the crew was professional, friendly, and meticulous in their work. The attention to detail on the tile installation is incredible — every piece lines up perfectly and sparkles beautifully in the sunlight. I honestly will never use anyone else for pool work. They truly do it all — and they do it right. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone needing any kind of pool renovation, repair, or maintenance. We actually found them through my brother — they did his pool first, and it looked so amazing I knew I had to have them for mine. Best decision ever! Thank you, Atlantis pools for making our pool everything we dreamed of and more!

About Atlantis Pool Service

Atlantis Pool Service of St Cloud: what they build, their record, and which of several Atlantis licenses is actually theirs. Only at FloridaPoolz.

Who they are

Atlantis Pool Service works out of St Cloud in Osceola County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1459372, current since December 2019. Their website is shared with two other Atlantis-named pool registrations, each licensed to a different qualifier — an arrangement that is common where a family business has re-registered over the years, though nothing on the public record establishes that these are one company. The license above is the one that belongs to this business.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation and repair, spas, water features and outdoor living work, with commercial pools handled as well as residential. The commercial side is worth noting — plenty of builders this size stay domestic. They do not publish separate pages for the towns they cover, so St Cloud and the surrounding Osceola area is the safe assumption and anything further out is worth confirming.

What their reviews say

4.9 from 51 Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. That is a wide margin, and 51 reviews is enough weight behind it that the score reads as a settled pattern rather than a lucky run. Five separate customers praised build quality, five the communication, five the professionalism of the crews — the same three themes recurring independently, which is a stronger signal than any single glowing account.

Worth asking about

Nothing in the review record raises a recurring complaint, and no critical theme was raised by two or more customers. Their own marketing reaches for "most trusted" and "number one", neither of which anyone can verify — read those as advertising and lean on the review record instead, which is strong enough on its own. Given the several Atlantis registrations sharing the site, ask which entity will appear on your contract and which license number covers the work.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is Atlantis Pool Service licensed?

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1459372 has been current since December 2019 and is current on the state register.

Why are there several Atlantis pool licenses on the same website?

The site is shared with two other Atlantis-named pool registrations, each licensed to a different qualifier. That often reflects a business re-registering over the years, though the public record does not confirm they are one company. Ask which entity your contract names.

How do their reviews compare with other Florida pool builders?

4.9 on Google against a state average of 4.52 for pool builders. That is comfortably above average, and it rests on 51 reviews, so it reflects a consistent record rather than a small sample.

Do they take on commercial work?

Yes. Commercial pools sit alongside residential construction, renovation, repair and servicing in what they publish.

What do customers most often praise?

Build quality, communication and the professionalism of the crews, each raised independently by five different customers.
