Blissful Waters Construction works out of Kissimmee in Osceola County and holds Florida contractor license CPC1459609, current since April 2021. Their current website went up only in late 2025, which is why the online footprint looks newer than the license. They describe themselves as family-owned, which Florida's public record does not settle either way.

What they build

Custom gunite pools, renovation of existing pools, servicing, screen enclosures, water features, spas and outdoor living space. They state gunite plainly, which most Florida builders never do — construction method is normally something you have to ask about, so it is worth having it confirmed up front. The enclosure work is a separate trade from the pool shell and having both in-house means one company answers for each.

They advertise themselves as Orlando's premier builder and the most trusted, and no independent body ranks Florida pool builders — those are marketing lines with nothing behind them either way, and on eight reviews they are a long way ahead of the evidence. And five years licensed with eight reviews means there is no record yet of how their work ages or how they behave when something needs putting right later. Keep payments behind completed stages, get the warranty in writing, and ask to see a pool they finished two or three years ago.
