That is about a year of trading under this name. Everything below should be read against that, because a year is not long enough to judge a builder the way twenty years would be — and their license has not yet been through a renewal cycle, which falls this month.

Four separate customers name the quality of what was built, which is the one theme that clears our floor, and it is the useful one: it is about the finished article rather than about being pleasant on the phone. The detailed accounts are about renovation work rather than new builds — a patio, pool deck and coping retrofit in one case, an outdated pool turned into a finished outdoor space in another — so the evidence we have is strongest on remodelling and thinnest on building a pool from nothing. There are no negative reviews and no complaint theme to report. The fair reading: real, specific praise for renovation work, a current license, and not enough history yet to know how they handle a job that goes wrong. If your project is a full new build rather than a renovation, ask for references from new builds specifically, and ask who carries the warranty in a company this young.
