You gotta give credit when credit is due. Let me say first I've been in Palm Coast for over 25 years and man has it grown. These folks did not install my pool, I bought my house with a pool already installed. This company has their ducks in a row. The clean up each day before they leave is remarkable. The streets are clean, no garbage left and I watch the super walk the job site before he leaves, he's always the last to leave. They installed the neighbor to my left about 8 months ago and now installing a pool in my other neighbor who lives directly across from me. Same crew, same great service and the same clean up. And FYI, my neighbors to my left has a beautiful pool with pavers that look amazing. Hats off to this company and the crew.

★☆☆☆☆ Google · April 24, 2026

New pool build was quoted 8-12 weeks, took 19 weeks to complete. Sun Shelf was not centered, had to be tore up and fixed. We were forced to accept coping we didn't want or delay our closing. Communication was only given when we reached out. Stopped responding to us after week 17, had to go through the owner to find out status updates. Accountability was never taken, we were treated like an inconvenience, and we were met with disrespect at every interaction with Brandon.

They were on time and did a great job finding my leak in my pool.

Palm coast Pools just finished our new inground pool. They are the best pool company you can find in Palm Coast. Professional and reliable and there when needed. We love the design they came up with and it is beautiful. We can highly recommend this Pool company for all your swimming Pool needs.

What the reviews say

Google has them at 4.0 from 4 reviews. Four is not a rating, and the Florida average of 4.52 across 346 builders is not a comparison that carries at that size. Read the four accounts instead.

The warmest is from someone who has lived in Palm Coast for over twenty-five years and gives credit where it is due.

The critical one is specific and it is the most useful thing on this page. A new build quoted at eight to twelve weeks took nineteen. The sun shelf was not centred and had to be torn up and redone. And the customer says they were forced to accept coping they had not chosen.

That is three separate things in one job — schedule, a set-out error, and a material substitution — and all three are contractible.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, repair and routine servicing, from Palm Coast across Flagler County. They keep no separate town pages, so there is no published service-area list beyond that base.

Before you sign

Take the one detailed complaint and turn it into three contract clauses. Put the completion window in writing with a consequence for overrunning — eight to twelve weeks became nineteen. Get the set-out of the pool and any sun shelf marked and signed off on site before excavation, so a centring error is caught when it costs nothing. And name the coping by manufacturer, product and colour, with a written rule that any substitution needs your agreement in advance. Then the insurance certificate, which Florida does not publish.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is Palm Coast Pools licensed in Florida?

Yes. Registered pool license RP252555609, current since February 2023 and running to August 2027. A registered license is issued on local qualification, so confirm it covers your jurisdiction. Ask for the insurance certificate separately.

How much weight should I put on the rating?

Little. Four reviews is not a rating and cannot be compared with the 4.52 average across 346 Florida builders. Read the individual accounts instead.

What does the critical review say?

Three things about one job: a build quoted at eight to twelve weeks that took nineteen, a sun shelf that was not centred and had to be torn up and redone, and coping the customer says they were forced to accept.

What should I put in the contract?

A completion window with a consequence for overrunning; the set-out of the pool and any sun shelf marked and signed off on site before excavation; and the coping named by manufacturer, product and colour, with substitutions requiring your prior agreement.
