We talked to several pool companies before deciding on Premier. Their quote was basically in the middle of other quotes we received; however, it was the most complete quote. Included in their quote were what would be upgrades from other companies like the ability to control the pool equipment from your phone or automatic pool fill just to name a couple. Throughout the construction process, the work site was kept clean and safe. All the crews were nice and respectful. Anytime we had questions about the work being done, they would listen & explain the process. It was nice since this was our first pool building experience. The completed project came out fantastic. We are very happy with the finished product. Several months after our completed project we noticed our pool deck drains couldn't drain water fast enough when it rains. I sent Premier an email with a photo and even before I could call to follow up, their service people were knocking on my door ready to address problem. If we ever build another pool, we will only need to make 1 phone call.
Drove an hour and a half to see pool chairs. I felt like I was being put out by Chris the lady person who waited on me. She was able to send me links to buy pool chairs and I called her back several times to try and order the chairs, but I'm still waiting on a call back almost a week later. It's sad that someone that wants to spend a couple of thousand dollars on pool chairs, tables and accessories. Can't even get a call back. Not sure if Chris has other things going on but she sure is not attentive to customers.
After more than 20 years in the trades, I’ve seen firsthand what separates good contractors from truly exceptional ones. Next to your home, an inground pool is likely your biggest investment—and when it comes to choosing the right team, Premier Pool Contractor is the only name I trust in the Leesburg/Villages area. What sets them apart? Christie Folker and her husband deliver a rare combination of precision, professionalism, and personal care. From the initial estimate to installation and post-sale support, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched. In today’s world, finding a husband-and-wife team that consistently exceeds expectations is almost unheard of. If you're considering an inground pool, do yourself a favor—connect with Christie Folker before making any decisions. Their reputation is well-earned, and their results speak for themselves. They are, without question, the best at what they do.
You don’t have time for a dissertation about a simple 100k project. Have a nice day. Remarks Complete!
The Good,Bad and Ugly First I will preface this review by stating we have never had a pool built before or been pool owners before. We Knew nothing about pools till we decided to get one after retiring to FL. Our yard is quite small and we didn’t think it was big enough for a pool. Our neighbor down the street had Premier Pool Contractor. install a pool in his yard which was the same size as ours.As worked progressed on his pool I would bother the crew asking questions and the very patiently answered them. After calling a few pool companies we decided that Premier did such a nice job on our neighbors pool we would go the next step and get a deign and quote. The designer Andrew Folker couldn’t have been friendlier Or more professional. We told him what we were thinking and and he had more suggestions for us that we didn’t even know were options. The following day we received an email with a 3D drawing of the pool from a few angles. It was perfect. The exact pool that I envisioned he designed. We own dogs so Andrew suggested the screen be made of a tougher fabric so as not to rip if the dogs scratch at it.Also me being very fair skinned he suggested the top screens be 70% UV blocking which I am grateful for.And we have a view so he suggested a panoramic view screen.(not so many posts on the birdcage). We accepted the price and signed a contract. They handled everything from there. The permits took about 6 weeks but once they had them it was full steam ahead. The first shovel full (backhoe) was on Nov.22 and we were filling water on Feb.25. I thought that was fantastic considering Thanksgiving.Christmas and New Years were all in that timeframe. We Couldn’t be happier with the final product. It is top quality craftsmanship.I worked commercial construction in Boston for 36 yrs and these guys were exceptional. The concrete crew that did the Shotcrete were one of the best concrete crews I’ve ver seen. They had it down to a science. Another top quality job was the Brickie who installed the copping. The pictures will show that attention to detail is his utmost priority. Look at how tight and smooth the joints are on the corners.Just amazing craftmanship. And as a final compliment the team that did the final plaster were work horses. That’s a tough job and they worked straight thru till it was done. The smoothness of the finish is unbelievable. The pictures will Show how truthful this review is.That was the good. The BAD? Well not much bad at all. Communication of when a crew of workers will be onsite was non existent. It wasn’t a big deal to us and maybe that’s on us for not asking for advanced notice. Construction schedules are tough because weather plays such a large role in it. If a crew is delayed on another product a day or two it will delayed all projects behind it.So I understand how communication would be tough. Now onto the UGLY. There is none. Everything is absolutely perfect. We can’t image any other contractor designing and building this pool to the standard that Premier Pool Contractors did. The pictures will be a testament of there ability, quality and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a pool contractor these guys are the ones you want. One phone call. Don’t waste your time calling other companies you’ll just end up wasting your time and ending up calling Premier. These are your guys. They set the example for other pool companies to follow. I know this is long but hope it helps. Happy swimming.
HORRIBLE customer service! These people never call back nor do they come when you schedule them. Then they say you never called back to confirm appointment.

Premier Pool Contractor of Leesburg: screen enclosures and pools, Florida licensed since 2021, rated 4.7 from 53 Google reviews with no complaint pattern.
Premier Pool Contractor works out of US Highway 441 in Leesburg and holds Florida contractor license CPC1459761, current since December 2021. They describe themselves as family owned, which no public record settles — though several customers describe it independently, one saying you can tell it is a family business from how the job runs. There is something worth knowing about the shape of this company: their reviews go back to 2018, well before the pool license, and the older ones are about aluminium and screen work — one customer describes returning to the same crew for hurricane repairs to a birdcage they had built sixteen years earlier. So read this as an established screen and aluminium business that added pool construction, rather than a pool builder that also does enclosures.
New pool construction, renovation, repairs, spas, outdoor living and screen enclosures. That last one has by far the longest track record here and the reviews reflect it — enclosures and repairs come up as often as pools, and one customer picks them specifically for screen work. If you want an enclosure, this is a company that has been doing it for years. If you want a new pool, you are hiring a newer part of the business, which is worth knowing rather than worrying about.
Leesburg, Lake County and the surrounding area. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area and it is worth confirming your own address by phone. They publish a substantial set of photographs of their own work, which lets you judge the finish for yourself.
Google has them at 4.7 from 53 reviews, above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders, and 53 reviews is a solid base for that to carry weight. The praise is concentrated and consistent: thirteen separate customers name their professionalism and five the quality of the work. What the good accounts describe is delivery against commitments — one customer with pools at two previous homes calls this the best of the three and says every commitment made was met; another describes the process as smooth from start to finish. No complaint is raised by two or more customers, so there is no pattern to report. Three individual accounts run the other way and are worth knowing as individuals rather than as a trend: one describes calls not returned and scheduled appointments not kept, one a poor experience trying to buy pool furniture over several calls, and one a short dismissive exchange about a large project. Three out of fifty-three is not a pattern and nobody corroborates any of them, but the first is the kind of thing worth pre-empting cheaply: agree who your point of contact is and how appointments are confirmed. Their site also calls them the best and the premier builder; nothing independent ranks Florida pool builders, and a 4.7 from 53 reviews does not need the claim.

The pool license dates from December 2021. Their reviews go back to 2018 and the older ones are about aluminium and screen work — one describes returning to the same crew for hurricane repairs to a birdcage built sixteen years earlier. The enclosure side has much the longer record.
No complaint is raised by two or more customers. Three individual accounts exist: calls not returned and appointments not kept, a poor experience buying pool furniture, and a short dismissive exchange about a large project. Three out of fifty-three, none corroborated.
Who your point of contact is and how appointments are confirmed. It is cheap to settle and it is what the one substantive complaint describes.
