Our experience with Superb Pools was extraordinary. We met with other vendors and landed on Superb after we met with the owner at our house. He was thorough in his presentation, the price was competitive, and the suggestions of how we could accomplish the updating and refurbishing of the pool were very helpful. Most importantly, the company started the work when they said they would and finished on time. We have since referred them to other homeowners. We are very satisfied customers.
Very hard to find a good company in South Florida anymore never mind an elite company like I found here with Superb Pools. It started with Maria who took my information and got me the quote fast and it was more than fair. She stayed on it and got me scheduled. Then called back getting me in this same day. The gentleman's name is Will and he was right on time. His professionalism, understanding and knowledge of my needs was only outshined by his work. He even took the time to program and sync my new Pentair variable speed pump with the precise RPM,s and time settings while teaching me all I needed to know to do it myself. I STRONGLY recommend Superb Pools and Will!
Back in November, I received a quote from Superb Pools after Gustavo came out to review a larger project that included a new water heater, pavers, resurfacing, and several other upgrades. From the start, Gustavo was extremely knowledgeable and clearly understood exactly what I was looking for. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Throughout the project, the crew worked incredibly hard and paid close attention to detail. Any minor issues I noticed were addressed immediately and without any additional cost, which really speaks to their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
