Ultimate Pool remodel gets the highest recommendation possible! We just finished our pool restoration project which included a brand new surface and cleaning of tiles and some tile regrouting. When I first contacted the Pool office, they were amazing in talking to me about what I was looking to do took enormous amount of time to talk with me about my concerns, my questions, etc. When Gabe who represents the pool project itself came to my home to discuss the pool surface project he took an enormous amount of time as well to discuss my concerns, my questions, etc. I got several other bids from other companies as well. I had a very bad experience with a pool resurfacing project that had been installed terribly in 2019. In 2025, when I was looking to redo the pool surface that was never done correctly in the first place in 2019; I came across Ultimate Pool remodel and resurfacing through a referral. They 100% understood what had been done wrong in 2019 and what we needed to do this time to do it correctly! They were able to take the surface down two levels to the concrete to install pebble tech surface correctly. No other companies were willing to do that. They also use certified pebble tech installers, which was also very helpful and did an excellent job.. The amount of time Gabe took with me throughout the project was incredible. He was here on site every single day of the project. They got it done in one week and every single day was efficient. They cleaned up every single day and it was just an amazing group of pool professionals that knew what they were doing. This is a super sharp pool company and is a above a cut above the others. I would hire them for any pool project or even to build a pool. I would not hesitate and they would be the best and only choice! This company is putting a great name on Pool building and Pool resurfacing. They are full of outstanding client service project management and hire very qualified people and do a terrific job. My pool looks absolutely brand new and amazingly beautiful. I am so thrilled to work with them the amount of detail and the amount of oversight they had was just awesome I highly recommend and I don’t think there is any pool company that can hold a candle to Ultimate Pool this is the elite of good business and good pool resurfacing and building. I am truly grateful to have worked with Ultimate pool they are reasonable but do excellent excellent work a great long term investment and now a beautiful pool!!!!!

Ultimate Pool Remodel did a fantastic job remodeling our pool and deck! We would highly recommend them for any pool or deck project. UPR took over after another contractor dragged us along for 6+ months with basically nothing completed but demolition of our old deck and pool interior – and an anxious client ready to reclaim their backyard! UPR completed the demo, installed a new pool surface and tile, expanded the pool steps, installed new pool equipment and lights, and about 1,000 sf of travertine deck tile. The work included complex changes to various deck levels and step heights that had to be carefully measured and built with tight tolerances including lowering some areas, building up others, and resetting the lanai bottom rails all around the deck. Great attention to detail! Gabe was our PM, Orlando provided design guidance, and Jamie took care of our pool plumbing and equipment. As issues were uncovered with our 100-year-old house and decades-old pool, the team proposed solutions and kept the work going. Gabe has especially high standards and had several items redone to improve quality without me even noticing a problem. You will not go wrong with this team.
