Jeremy and Jeff (+crew) did an amazing job building our pool. As a first time pool owner, I had a million questions through the process, and they always picked up the phone or got right back to me. Jeremy even came to the house one night right after we dug, at like 7pm to check up on our site during some really heavy rain. From digging to completion, the process was quick and smooth - around 5 months, including the typical Florida summer heavy rain delays. Many of our neighbors who started their pools before us, are still in progress, and have commented on the quality of our pool. I would HIGHLY recommend Always There Pools for your home pool project.

My experience with Always There Pools was perfect. I was treated with friendliness and professionalism. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Communication was easy with swift results. The mechanic that did the installation was very friendly and he did excellent work. I recommend Always There Pools because they live up to their name. Great job!

About Always There Pools Inc

Always There Pools of New Port Richey: Florida licensed since 2022, a flat 5.0 from twelve Google reviews, building and repairing pools across Pasco County.

Who they are

Always There Pools works out of New Port Richey and holds Florida contractor license CPC1459872, current since March 2022. Their website followed in 2023. So this is a young company on paper, and the review record is short to match — twelve accounts. What those twelve describe is unusually consistent, and it is worth reading rather than counting.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, repairs, servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living, and they publish a financing page — which is worth knowing if that matters to you, though it is not something we can verify the terms of. The repair and equipment side is the more visible half of this record. Several accounts describe pumps, heaters and electrical faults dealt with quickly, including two customers replacing equipment ruined in the 2024 hurricanes, one of whom uses their pool for physical therapy and had a heater found and installed straight away. One first-time pool owner describes a full build with every question answered and calls picked up throughout.

Where they work

New Port Richey and Pasco County. They carry a second number on a Tampa area code, so the reach may run further, but they publish no separate pages for individual towns and there is nothing documenting it — confirm your own address by phone. Their site was updated in June 2026.

What the record shows

Google has them at a flat 5.0 from twelve reviews. That is above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders, but twelve is a small enough base that the average itself carries little weight either way — a company can hold a perfect score on twelve reviews and still be an unknown quantity. There is no complaint on record from anyone, which on twelve reviews tells you very little. What is worth more than the score is the agreement between the accounts: six separate customers name their professionalism, and the recurring specifics are responsiveness and turning up — coming out the day after a call, working weekends to hit a deadline, answering the phone through a build. One customer says they cannot wait to build another with them. The honest reading is a company doing good work for a small number of customers, without enough history yet to say how it handles a problem years later. Two things follow from that, and neither is a criticism. Ask what the warranty covers and who honours it, and ask to see a pool they finished a couple of years ago rather than a recent one — with a record this short, seeing the work matters more than the rating does. They make no claim to be the best or the biggest anywhere on their site, which after a night of reading marketing copy is worth a mention in itself.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is Always There Pools licensed?

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC1459872 has been current since March 2022.

What do the reviews actually say?

A flat 5.0 from twelve reviews. Twelve is too few for the average to carry much weight against the 4.52 Florida figure, so read the accounts instead: six customers name their professionalism, and the recurring specifics are responsiveness and turning up — coming out the day after a call, working weekends to hit a deadline, answering the phone through a build.

How established are they?

Licensed since March 2022, with the website following in 2023 — so a few years, and twelve reviews. Good work for a small number of customers, without enough history yet to show how they handle a problem several years on.

Do they do repairs as well as new pools?

Yes, and it is the more visible half of this record. Several accounts describe pumps, heaters and electrical faults dealt with quickly, including two customers replacing equipment ruined in the 2024 hurricanes.

What should I ask for?

What the warranty covers and who honours it, and the address of a pool they finished a couple of years ago rather than a recent one. With a record this short, seeing the work matters more than the rating does.

Which areas do they cover?

New Port Richey and Pasco County. They carry a second Tampa-area number so the reach may run further, but they publish nothing for individual towns — confirm your address by phone.
