The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Great work Masterpeace pool and spa, they Did very good job, honest and most reliable guy. Is the second time I am using Robert, and I am greatfull. Very clean job, fast, and allways on top of things. Not easy to find a team like this , any questions, or inspection he allways there and answers the phone , comming allway from Orland to merrit island . If you need a new pool, Robert with Masterpeace is the guy i would trust at any time
I had numerous issues from day 1. I have called numerous times and no one has returned my calls. Even though the construction is done there are very visible stains in the pool and I have called and called to get this corrected and they said they would get back to me and I have been waiting for months and have called and left messages on the mean time. Also I had a roof installed and was told there would be an outlet for a ceiling fan and there is none. When I called they told me it was there but hidden and no one can show me where exactly it is hidden. Instead they just stopped responding. The communication is terrible, and I have been more than patient in trying to get this resolved. Also they broke my neighbors SPRINKLERS which they were supposed to have fixed and they assured me that they fixed it and my neighbor still has water running in the road. Mind you, my pool has been "completed" since November 2021 and these issues still exist and no one is following up but why should they, they have already been paid so they are happy and in the meanwhile I am a very dissatisfied patient customer.
Joey came out to provide a quote for new pool and patio installation. He created preliminary renderings very quickly, and followed up with any questions I had. Considering that the pool industry is insanely busy right now, Joey was very responsive and put us at ease about the process. Although we decided not to move forward at this time, I would definitely recommend Masterpiece to anyone shopping for pool quotes.
The quality of work and the team is very good and the sales and operations teams are very knowledgeable. Where they really struggled was project Managemt and communication. I signed the contract in May and my pool didn’t get signed off until 2 days before Christmas. I had to push a lot to get things moving and still they haven’t installed things per the contract. I haven’t taken pool school, the chemicals were not provided so I went elsewhere to wrap the project up. I installed a heater and it would have made all the sense in the world to work with them I just couldn’t justify it given all the delays.
Rob did a great job! I am not one to post reviews, but this company was awesome! An example of one thing among many little things...At the last second, while they started doing the actual concrete, I realized I should have went with benches in the shallow end, he said no problem, will add them on now! He has incredible attention to detail(backed with years of pool building exp) and highest level of integrity, would highly recommend !
Very displeased with the finish of my pool and lack of service to get it fixed and resolved

Masterpiece Pool & Spa of Winter Park: license CPC1456975 held since 2005, 4.3 on Google from 17 reviews against a 4.52 state average.
Masterpiece Pool & Spa works out of Winter Park, from Ivy Lane in Seminole County on the northern edge of Orlando. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1456975, has been on record since February 2005 and shows current — twenty-one years — with renewal due in 2028 rather than this year, so their renewal date is genuinely their own rather than Florida's shared calendar. Two decades of continuous licensed building in one of the most competitive pool markets in the state is a reasonable thing to weigh.
Six service lines: new pool construction, renovation, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, screen enclosures and water features. Screen enclosures matter in Central Florida, where they are half of what an outdoor space needs. The gallery is the clear gap — two photographs, which is not enough to judge a builder of any age by, let alone one twenty-one years in. Ask to see finished pools in person before you decide; there will be a great deal more than two.
Winter Park is the base and the licensed address is on Ivy Lane there, in Seminole County. They publish no pages for individual towns, so their range is a question to ask rather than something the site answers — Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs and north Orlando are the reasonable assumption. Three numbers are published along with an email address on a free provider, which is ordinary for a small owner-run company. The office keeps weekday hours, 9am until 5pm, closed at weekends.
Seventeen people have reviewed them on Google and the average sits at 4.3, which is 0.22 below the 4.52 Florida average — a gap small enough on seventeen reviews that it means very little either way. Three reviewers name the crew's professionalism, and nothing negative recurred at all: no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers. Seventeen reviews after twenty-one years of licensed trading also tells you something in itself — most of their customers are not on that page, which usually means a company working on referral rather than advertising. The score is not the useful part of this profile. Ask for references from jobs finished five and ten years ago, which a company with this record should be able to provide without difficulty, and ask to see more than the two photographs on the website.

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1456975 is on record in the company's name and shows current, held since February 2005 — twenty-one years. Renewal is due in 2028, which is their own date rather than the statewide one most Florida pool licenses share. The license covers construction; insurance is separate and no public register shows it, so ask for a certificate.
Roughly average, on a small count. They sit at 4.3 from 17 Google reviews — 0.22 under the 4.52 Florida average, which on seventeen reviews means very little. Three reviewers name the crew's professionalism and no complaint theme reached even two separate customers. After twenty-one years of trading, seventeen reviews means most of their work is not represented, so references will tell you more than the score.
Only two photographs, which is the clear gap here. For a company licensed since 2005 there will be a great deal more; ask to visit a finished pool or for a proper set of pictures before deciding.
New pool construction, renovation, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, screen enclosures and water features. Screen enclosures are worth noting in Central Florida, where they are half of what makes an outdoor space usable.
