George and his team built us an amazing hot tub that attached to our existing pool. The project also included new tiles, coping, a pentair system and diamond-brite for the pool and also required working with engineering and the city to gain approval. Our family was very pleased with the end result ( sharing some pictures ) and also very pleased with any follow-up work that was needed post project completion. Would recommend the team at Artistic pool for projects any size and trust their experience in doing this for 30 + years.
From the very beginning Artistic Pools and Waterfalls have been a nightmare to work with. We attempted to contact them for 7 weeks straight, received no replies. Once we did finally get in touch with them their customer service and professionalism is the worst we've seen in all our years. It is no surprise that they have such bad reviews. All their reviews mention how difficult it is to reach them, how slow they are, how bad their service is, how rude they are and how bad their customer service is. Stay AWAY
It took three calls to different companies, 6 months and hundred of dollars wasted and three trials at repairs u till george with Articitic pools and fountain got it done right, saving me money where he could and provided excellent service. Highly recommend them!
Hi I’ve never gotten a proper chance to review this but a few months back I had used this service for my pool. While the project was EVENTUALLY complete the headache and heart ache it took to reach this goal almost wasn’t worth the results. The employees are rude, destructive and extremely unprofessional. Im not sure how this company stays afloat when i ask for a deadline to be meet, I am then meet with insults and prejudice. I will not recommend this company to anyone else, in-fact quite the opposite.
George, Lisa and their entire crew were amazing to work with. They created an absolute paradise in our backyard: beautiful pool with beach entry for our little ones, custom summer kitchen and misting system to complete our tropical oasis. George was extremely knowledgeable and provided keen insight into complex problems. I would highly recommend artistic pools and waterfalls!
This entity is manage by people who forgot what a customer service is. They sub out the jobs to other companies to complete. the owner is very rude and his mouth is dirty. Don't dare to disagree with him. He does not pay his subcontractor who refuse to complete the work he sub to them.
