Amazing company. Mike came out and met with my husband and spent some valuable time guiding us through our pool project. Our pool was outdated and needed a facelift! Mike showed up when he promised and coordinated the project with a paver company to address our pool deck. The pool looks better than we ever anticipated. Even now that the project has been completed months ago, when we have questions Mike still is prompt to advise us and resolve any questions we have regarding our pool.

We live out of town and have a house in FL that we come to every few weeks. We pay Mike to service our pool and he's supposed to come each week to test the water, vacuum, skim the leaves, etc. Half the time he doesn't show up since he doesn't think we are in town, and when he does show up he spends about 2 minutes and then leaves. Maybe he does a better job if he knows you are watching him but If he thinks he can rip you off because you don't live here full time, he will absolutely rip you off! The only thing reliable about him is that he's right there asking for his money at the beginning of each month! Do not trust him to service your pool because he just wants to take the money for doing nothing.

after a heavy rain, my pool turned green and nothing I did was making the pool clear again. I was at my witts end changing filters daily, bringing water samples to pinch a penny, and wasting money on chlorine with no progress so I gave blue flex pools a call. Mike showed up on time, was very efficient, worked his magic on my pool and it has been clear ever since. His prices are comparable to other companies and I can tell he actually cares about his job, has compassion for other people, and does his best to make his clients happy. I was so happy with blueflex pools!! Working with them was amazingly easy and they got everything done quickly and perfectly! My old 1970s pool that chronically had leaks no matter what we did is now a thing of the past.

After some unbelievable experiences with pool cleaners I found a REAL GEM. Previously our pool cleaner of over 1 1/2 years collected 3 months pay and disappeared. NEXT a married couple were paid well for every little action they performed including lubing the filter top and kept suggesting WE SHOULD CLEAN the filter every day until the water turns blue again, [This would include my combat disabled 72 year old husband]. I thought that's what they're supposed to do?? Well back to Mike of Blueflex Pools. Price - Very reasonable - Personality - Great - Work ethic - EXCELLANT. Long story short Mike is currently attending to the pool for the forth day in a row and the pool which was DARK GREEN is now becoming a beautiful BLUE. Mike will be our guy for a long time as well as taking care of my son's nearby pool. Don't mess around with prima donnas and strange folks - hire Mike who is also A VETERAN and a man of his word.
