The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
We had an excellent experience with this pool installation company from start to finish. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and committed to making sure everything was done right. They answered all of our questions, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the installation in a timely manner. Our fiberglass pool turned out amazing, and the quality of the work really shows. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and left the area clean when the job was finished. It's clear they take pride in what they do. We couldn't be happier with the final result and have already recommended them to friends and family. If you're considering a fiberglass pool, this is a company you can trust to deliver a great experience and beautiful results.
We couldn't be happier with our new fiberglass pool! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and completed the project with great attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and left everything clean when the job was done. If you're considering a fiberglass pool, I highly recommend this company.
Coastal Cove Pools did an amazing job. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time and without any hidden costs. The quality of the build is honestly stunning, but what I loved most was that they didn't leave me in the dark. The guys were professional and gave me updates throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. I felt taken care of the entire time. Huge thanks to the team—highly recommend!

Florida license CPC1461391 is on record and shows as Current.
Coastal Cove Pools of New Port Richey: license CPC1461391 issued February 2026, ten projects on show, eight five-star Google reviews and no track record yet.
Coastal Cove Pools is a New Port Richey company, in Pasco County, and it is new. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1461391, was issued in February 2026 and shows current; the domain was registered in November 2025. That is the whole of the record, and it is worth stating plainly rather than dressing up: this is a business in its first year, not an established name with a thin website. They describe themselves as family owned, which no public register confirms either way, and they advertise a lifetime warranty — warranty terms are theirs to publish and worth getting in writing before anything else.
Five service lines are on the site: new pool construction, renovation, repairs and weekly service, spas and hot tubs, and outdoor living. Ten finished projects are on show, which for a company at this stage is a reasonable showing and the most useful thing they have published — with no trading history to go on, the pictures and a site visit are what there is to judge by. Their site is about pools and nothing else, and the license is the construction one rather than a service registration.
New Port Richey is the base and the licensed address is there, on the Pasco County coast north of Tampa. They publish no pages for individual towns, so the range is a question to ask rather than something the site answers — Pasco and northern Pinellas are the reasonable assumption. Their listed hours are unusually wide: right through the day Monday to Friday, plus Saturday and Sunday. For a new company chasing work that is believable, and it does mean a call is likely to be answered. One local number and one email address are published.
Eight people have reviewed them on Google and all eight rated them five stars, which puts the average at the top of the scale and nominally 0.48 above the 4.52 Florida average. The honest reading is that eight reviews is too few to mean much either way. It is not evidence of a problem — six of those customers specifically name the crew's professionalism, and nothing negative recurred at all — but it is not the same thing as a builder holding four and a half stars across two hundred reviews, and it should not be read as if it were. What you have here is a licensed new company with good early feedback and no track record yet. That is a fair reason to get a quote and a poor reason to skip the references.

Answered from this record — not by the business.
Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1461391 is on record and shows current. It was issued in February 2026, so it is new — the license is real, it simply has no history behind it yet. The license covers construction; insurance is separate and no register shows it, so ask for a certificate.
Perfect, and there are eight of them. All eight Google reviewers rated them five stars and six name the crew's professionalism, with nothing negative recurring. That is a good start and it is not a track record: eight reviews cannot tell you what happens on a job that goes wrong, which is the thing you actually want to know. Treat it as encouraging and ask for references from finished builds.
Not long. The license was issued in February 2026 and the domain registered in November 2025, so this is a business in its first year. That is not a mark against them — every established builder started here — but it does mean the usual checks matter more: see a finished pool in person, ask who the crew are, and get the warranty and the payment schedule in writing.
It is their claim and the terms are theirs to set, so get it in writing and read what it covers — structure, surface, equipment and labour are usually treated very differently. A warranty is also only as good as the company behind it, which for a first-year business is worth thinking about.
