The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I recommend the company Deeply Pools. They deliver beautiful, high-quality projects. Thank you, Deeply Pools!!!
This is the company listed in the permit as my contractor. My contract is with FPO fiberglass pools outlet based in orlando. The fiberglass pool has cracked. It always had a bump and also the paint is fading off. Terrible people and contractor. Careful people.
Deeply Pools far exceeded our expectations. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and designed our backyard oasis beautifully and extremely functional. The construction process was done per design and his team members were very customer friendly and detailed. They kept us in the loop of the entire process. Great company, very reliable and easy to work with! We highly recommend them!!! Scott and Arlene Orlando, FL
If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They charge premium rates but deliver subpar work and customer service. They make unilateral decisions about design and execution, ignoring the customer’s preferences. Their subcontractors are unskilled, and when problems arise, the company is unresponsive unless you threaten to withhold payment, and even then, follow through is nonexistent. They don’t provide options for design choices such as colors or materials, and the final results never match what you request. Daniel is rude, unprofessional, fails to follow up, and yells during conversations. I initially chose this company because of their pricing, but I deeply regret it, you truly get what you pay for. They rush through jobs, perform work incorrectly, and show no regard for customer expectations. They’ve failed every city inspection, and only because of those inspections were many serious mistakes caught and forced to be corrected. They also broke my irrigation/sprinkler system, causing my water bill to triple, and I am still waiting on that repair. Avoid this company at all costs. It is absolutely not worth the stress, time, or money.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the incredible work this company did on my backyard! They completely transformed the space by building a stunning pool and a modern and functional summer kitchen that always receives compliments from my friends. My home now feels like a resort, and all my family and guests are amazed by the results. In addition to completing the project within the promised timeframe, the ease of communication throughout the entire process was impressive. From the beginning, the team was extremely professional, listening to all my ideas and needs, and turning them into reality with precision and attention to detail. The quality of the materials and the flawless finish exceeded all my expectations. If you are looking to transform your outdoor space into a true paradise, I highly recommend this company without hesitation!

Deeply Pools of Winter Garden: Florida licensed since July 2024, 3.9 on Google from seven reviews.
Deeply Pools holds Florida contractor license CPC1460699, current since July 2024 and running to 2028, and works out of 1st Cape Coral Drive in Winter Garden, west of Orlando. It is a young license and a thin website — their site says little beyond the name — so most of what can be said about them comes from the work itself rather than their marketing.
New pool construction, commercial pools, spas and outdoor living space. The strongest thing on their record is what customers say about the finished article rather than the process: four separate reviewers name the quality of the workmanship, and one describes a backyard transformed with a pool and a working summer kitchen that draws compliments. For a company barely two years licensed, praise concentrated on the build itself is the more useful kind.
Winter Garden and the western side of Orange County. They publish no separate pages for other towns, so there is nothing documenting a service area — worth asking directly. One thing to be aware of when you check them out: there is an unrelated cafe trading under a similar name in the same town, so search results and review pages for "Deeply" in Winter Garden do not all belong to this pool company.
Google has them at 3.9 from 7 reviews, which sits below the 4.52 average across Florida's builders — though seven reviews is far too small a base for the average itself to mean much in either direction. Read the individual accounts instead. Four customers praise the workmanship; two describe problems with it. The most informative review on file is not a complaint about the pool at all: a customer explains that Deeply Pools was the contractor named on their building permit while their actual contract was with a separate fiberglass pool company based in Orlando. If that arrangement is how they work, it is the single most important thing to establish before you sign — ask plainly who holds the contract, who holds the permit, and who you call when something needs fixing, because those turned out to be three different answers for at least one customer. They describe themselves as licensed and insured: the license is real and current, and insurance is not something any public record confirms, so ask for the certificate.

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC1460699 has been current since July 2024 and runs to August 2028. They also advertise being insured, which no public record confirms — ask to see the certificate.
Google reads 3.9 from seven reviews, below the 4.52 Florida average — but seven reviews is too small a base for the average to carry much weight. Four customers praise the workmanship specifically, and two describe problems with it.
A customer states that Deeply Pools was the contractor named on their building permit while their contract was with a separate fiberglass pool company in Orlando. Whether that is how they normally work is worth asking directly: who holds the contract, who holds the permit, and who you call when something needs putting right.
No. There is an unrelated cafe trading under a similar name in the same town, so review pages and search results for "Deeply" in Winter Garden are not all this pool company. Check you are looking at the pool contractor before drawing conclusions.
Winter Garden and the western part of Orange County. They publish no pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — confirm your own address by phone.
Yes — commercial pools sit alongside residential construction, spas and outdoor living space, which is uncommon for a company this newly licensed.
