Mr. Fagan was recommended to us by another pool builder who built a pool at our previous home. I checked with my local pool supply store (Pace Pool and Spa-great business!), and they stated they receive many compliments about Mr. Fagan, stating he is on site every day during the build. Reached out Mr. Fagan and he responded promptly. We had some ideas about the design, and he had the perfect fit for our property. The building process was flawless, Mr. Fagan was on site every day, and his team did a great job. They kept our property clean and neat during the construction. Mr. Fagan gave us daily updates during the building process, even sending pictures of the progress. I highly recommend Fagan Custom Pools for any pool needs.
Seemed lazy and said he was looking for easier jobs because he does all the work himself. Didn’t want to do any pool work !
We are new to the area and just bought a house. We knew we wanted an in ground pool so I did a lot of research and visited quite a few pool companies before making my choice to go with Fagan Custom Pools. His price was within everyone else. Mr. Fagan came to our house on time everyday. He was first one here and last one to leave.. He explained every process of the installation all the way to the maintenance of the pool. What he calls, (Pool School ). Mr Fagan and his crew were very professional and did excellent work. I have found it hard to find people that take pride in their work anymore but Mr Fagan is an exception. I highly recommend Fagan Custom Pools to anyone who is looking for a pool and quality work. My wife and I could not be happier.
They hit my mailbox and are denying it. Obviously they have no integrity! I spoke with the owner-it's our word against his. This shows me he's dishonest.
Found Fagan pools through word of mouth. We got quotes from all the big companies, and Fagan was way cheaper on a liner pool. Even though cheaper is not always better we still went with them bc the actual builder came to our house and explained the entire process and seemed like a good old fashioned guy who has been doing this for 40 plus years. All the big companies just had a sales rep come out and try and sell you a pool then you never see them again. Also the best part is he does all the work himself and does not contract anything out. So yes your pool will be completed in 2 weeks. Unlike the bigger companies where they contract everything out and takes 3-4 months for the entire process. Everyday he explains what they are doing and what will be done the next couple days. He is always on time and everything he said was on point and completed in a timely manner. There were no delays and no issues through the entire process ( which for us that was huge as something always goes wrong). I can not express how happy we are with our pool. This would be the only company I would recommend and would use them over and over if I ever had to get another pool. We did a 16 x 32 in ground liner pool.
Hit my mailbox and won’t own up to it. Very dishonest man. Don’t use him-he cannot be trusted with something this size-how can he be trusted with your pool?
