Osceola Aquatics just finished building my pool and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Jeff was great 7 years ago when he built my first pool and is still great now. His prices are on his brochure, he answers all my questions, always responsive, kept me informed of the next steps, very friendly and very honest. The first time I wanted a pool I shopped around and found that his prices were the best in the area and this time around, I called to get estimates and again his prices beat everyone else's. The quality of work was excellent both times! We are very very happy with our pool. I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.
Jeff and the guys did a re-marcite job on our pool. Picked our colors of marcite and tile, left a deposit, got on the schedule within 10 days. They came out on a Tuesday for pool prep, Wednesday we discovered a crack in the gunite under the marcite on 1 wall, repaired it Thursday morning, 2 day cure time, the rolled up Friday morning to marcite, we're done by noon, went to lunch came back and started filling the pool. Filled by midmorning Saturday, Sunday chemicals, swimming Monday. 6 day turnaround, very impressive. I would highly recommend. Looks great! Thanks Jeff.
We have used Osceola Aquatics for 7 years. They have been very helpful with current pool problem. They gave many very helpful suggestions and the pool now looks like a pool. This was a very positive experience. (Just a side note the problem started will a different pool company)
I highly recommend Osceola Aquatics! Jeff and Cara were great to deal with, and kept us up to date when the next step would be happening. If I had any questions at all, they were happy to answer them for me. We’re very pleased with the outcome, and the process went fast.
I do not recommend this pool company unless you have the time to be on top of what they are doing. When we signed the contract with them, we requested decorative tiles to be put on the elevation area and the stairs, it was not done because they "forgot about it". Also, the sketch we agreed on had the pool light in the middle of the pool but they installed it all the way at the end of the pool and on top of that it's loose (they say that's normal, I'll be bringing a pool company to check it out just to make sure), the vacuum was also suppose to be across to where it shows in the picture which would have been easier for us to manage. The plumbing according to the sketch was suppose to be by the side of the house but they installed it next to my master bedroom sliding door and then charged us to move it all the way by the side of the house where it should have been in the first place. These things are really very disappointing, especially when you rely on a company because of the good reviews they have. If you hire this company just make sure they do everything that was agreed on the contract and on the sketch while they are working because once they are done you won't be able to complain. Good luck!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Jeff was nice at the beginning of the conversation. After asking him some basic questions about getting pavers installed and the financing company I was planning to use he switched up his pitch to me. He ended up telling me that I needed to leave at 200.00 deposit, which he didn’t disclose when started working together. Poor customer service and unwilling to accept ideas I had about putting pavers around my pool. I don’t recommend because he wants full control of the design of my pool. He also told me he thought I was going to be difficult. DO NOT go with them. Jeff is a terrible representation of the company. Look elsewhere.
