Osceola Aquatics just finished building my pool and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Jeff was great 7 years ago when he built my first pool and is still great now. His prices are on his brochure, he answers all my questions, always responsive, kept me informed of the next steps, very friendly and very honest. The first time I wanted a pool I shopped around and found that his prices were the best in the area and this time around, I called to get estimates and again his prices beat everyone else's. The quality of work was excellent both times! We are very very happy with our pool. I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.

This company is a complete joke, please move on to a different pool service company if your are searching for that. From the support when you call them, all the way to the "service" people that come to your house to service your pool are utter garbage. They call this a "family business" because they know they are a small company that just cannot compete with the big pool organizations. Please, for your mental state skip this company while looking for a pool service company. Stay away from the small "family business". Horrible

Jeff and the guys did a re-marcite job on our pool. Picked our colors of marcite and tile, left a deposit, got on the schedule within 10 days. They came out on a Tuesday for pool prep, Wednesday we discovered a crack in the gunite under the marcite on 1 wall, repaired it Thursday morning, 2 day cure time, the rolled up Friday morning to marcite, we're done by noon, went to lunch came back and started filling the pool. Filled by midmorning Saturday, Sunday chemicals, swimming Monday. 6 day turnaround, very impressive. I would highly recommend. Looks great! Thanks Jeff.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Jeff was nice at the beginning of the conversation. After asking him some basic questions about getting pavers installed and the financing company I was planning to use he switched up his pitch to me. He ended up telling me that I needed to leave at 200.00 deposit, which he didn’t disclose when started working together. Poor customer service and unwilling to accept ideas I had about putting pavers around my pool. I don’t recommend because he wants full control of the design of my pool. He also told me he thought I was going to be difficult. DO NOT go with them. Jeff is a terrible representation of the company. Look elsewhere.

I have been going to Osceola Aquatics for a little over 2 years and have always experienced excellent customer service when I go here for my pool water testing and supply purchasing. I usually talk to Kim or Craig but have also been helped by 2 other ladies that work here, and every time I leave very happy. They answer all of my questions, which I always have plenty of, and give me advise on how to keep my pool in good shape. I also appreciate that during these Covid times, they are wearing masks and following precautions to protect their customers and themselves. Thank you for your dedication!! I would definitely recommend Osceola Aquatics 100%!

Used this company for over three years. Recently requested they replace a pressure valve on filter housing. After replacement I came home to find the new valve but noticed it was covered in silicone. They then called me to tell me that I had a leak in the housing that would need replacing for over $200. I questioned as to why it was now leaking after they had completed a repair as it wasn't before. They became very defensive and asked if I was accusing them of damage. I wasn't, however I was asking how convenient that they do a repair, cover it with silicone and now it's leaking. The office manager stated that she was cancelling my service and would not work with me again. Incredibly bad customer service.

About Osceola Aquatics Inc.

Osceola Aquatics H2O of Kissimmee: Florida licensed since 2014, 3.9 on Google from 33 reviews.

Who they are

Osceola Aquatics H2O works out of Kissimmee and has held Florida contractor license CPC1458581 since October 2014, running to 2028. Their own headline names Osceola, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. They describe themselves as family owned and award winning; ownership is not something the public record settles, and nothing on their site names an award, a year or an awarding body, so there is nothing to check on the second.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, repairs, servicing and spas. The servicing side is a real part of the business and it is where most of their review traffic comes from, in both directions — one long-standing customer of seven years describes them as very helpful with an ongoing pool problem, and several of the complaints are about service visits rather than builds.

Where they work

Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Osceola County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so the reach is undocumented beyond that headline — confirm your own address by phone. One thing to check first: nothing has been published by them since July 2025, over a year ago, and while a quiet website does not mean a closed business it does mean nothing recent confirms they are taking new work.

What the record shows

Google has them at 3.9 from 33 reviews and Yelp at 3.0 from four, averaging 3.8 — around three quarters of a point below the 4.52 average across Florida's builders. Thirty-three reviews is enough that this is a record rather than a run of bad luck, and the reason for it is consistent and specific. Three separate customers describe not being able to get a reply: one called three times, left a voicemail and was never called back, and found the person they eventually spoke to unhelpful; another says communications about building a pool simply stopped, with emails and calls unanswered; a third was told a quote would take fourteen working days and was still chasing it afterwards. A further three describe work not done as agreed — decorative tiles omitted because they were forgotten, a pool light placed somewhere other than the agreed sketch, a valve replacement that led to a further charge, and a pool left full of algae. Against that, three customers name their professionalism, and the seven-year customer's account is genuinely warm. The pattern is not that they cannot do the work — it is that getting hold of them and getting the detail right are both unreliable. If you deal with them, put the specification in writing with the finishes and light positions marked, agree a date for the quote, and confirm every appointment the day before. Those three things address almost every complaint on this record.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is Osceola Aquatics licensed?

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC1458581 has been current since October 2014 and runs to August 2028.

What do the reviews actually say?

Google reads 3.9 from 33 reviews and Yelp 3.0 from four, averaging 3.8 — below the 4.52 Florida average. Three customers describe not getting a reply at all; three describe work not done as agreed, including tiles omitted and a light placed away from the agreed drawing. Three name their professionalism, and one seven-year customer is warm about them.

What is the main risk here?

Two things, and both are about attention rather than ability. Getting a reply — several customers describe calls, voicemails and emails going unanswered, including at the quote stage. And detail — tiles forgotten, a light in the wrong place, a pool left with algae. Put the specification in writing and confirm appointments the day before.

Are they still taking work?

Worth confirming. Nothing has been published by them since July 2025, over a year ago. That does not prove they have stopped, but nothing recent confirms they are active either.

Are they award winning?

They say so, and nothing on their site names an award, a year or an awarding body — so there is nothing to verify either way. Judge them on the review record.

Which areas do they cover?

Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Osceola County, per their own headline. They publish no pages for individual towns, so confirm your own address by phone.
